Rancangan Sistem Perencanaan Perjalanan Wisata Dua Arah Dengan User Centered Design (UCD)

Wisatawan yang ingin berlibur selalu mencari informasi terkait tempat yang akan mereka kunjungi melalui situs web atau aplikasi perjalanan untuk memudahkan wisatawan dalam melakukan persiapan wisata sehingga diharapkan memiliki pengalaman perjalanan yang baik. Persiapan wisata yang baik perlu didukung oleh informasi terbaru seperti kondisi lalu lintas, kondisi cuaca, dan keramaian di lokasi tempat wisata. Informasi terbaru tentang objek wisata perlu difasilitasi dengan pemberitahuan informasi mengenai kondisi yang terjadi di lokasi wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang bagaimana sistem perencanaan pariwisata dengan hubungan dua arah yang dapat memudahkan wisatawan untuk menyediakan dan memperoleh informasi dari berbagai sumber sehubungan dengan lokasi wisata yang akan mereka kunjungi. Tampilan sistem perencanaan pariwisata dengan hubungan dua arah dibuat menggunakan Adobe XD dengan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan nilai 70,87 yang masuk dalam kategori OK dan acceptability range dari pengguna yang termasuk acceptable, sedangkan hasil pengujian User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) menghasilkan nilai 0,99 dibawah rata � rata sehingga diperlukan pengembangan ulang menggunakan UCD agar hasil pada SUS dan UEQ yang didapatkan lebih baik lagi.

Tourist intending to go on vacation are always searching for information related to the place they will visit by website or travel application. The more and later information obtained, the better the preparation made by tourists on their tour enabling them to have a good travel experience then. A good tour preparation, however, needs to be supported by the latest information as occurred in tourist sites such as traffic conditions, weather conditions and the crowd of tourist attractions. The latest information about tourism objects needs to be facilitated with the information notification about what occurs in the tourist sites to be visited. In this paper, we present the results of research on how the prototype of a tourism planning system with a two-way relation that can make it easier for tourists to provide and obtain information from any various sources in regard to the attractions they will visit. The High Fidelity Prototype of tourism planning system with a two-way relation was made using the Adobe XD with the User Centered Design. Tests carried out with System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in a value of 70.87 which was included in the OK category and the acceptance range from the included users was acceptable, while the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) test results yielded a value of 0.99 below the average so the system needs to be redeveloped using UCD again for better result on SUS and UEQ.
