Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia berkembang sangat signifikan. Utamanya pada bidang struktural, yang tidak akan lepas dari komponen beton. Salah satu jenis beton merupakan beton pra cetak. PT. Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Beton TBk. ialah industri yang memproduksi beton pra cetak dalam skala besar di Indonesia dan produk yang sedang berjalan produksinya adalah corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) atau produk beton untuk dinding penahan tanah, yang di produksi di Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Karawang. Proses produksi produk corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) adalah 6 (enam) bulan dengan total pemesanan ±100 produk, yang setiap proses produksinya harus memperhatikan mutu dan kualitas untuk kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini membahas evaluasi tahapan produksi corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) dari aspek material, proses produksi dan akomodasi di Pabrik Produk Beton (PPB) Karawang, PT. Wijaya Karya Beton TBk. Dengan menganalisis data di lapangan menggunakan check sheet dan startifikasi untuk menentukan permasalahan yang dihadapi, fishbone analisis dengan metode 6M (man, method, material, machine, measurement, mother nature) untuk mengetahui faktor -faktor yang berpengaruh dalam produksi produk, dan pareto chart untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan terhadap proses produksi. Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan adalah produk corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) yang menjadi objek adalah tipe W-325. Dari aspek material terdapat kendala terdapat perbedaan jarak antar tulangan di lapangan dengan DED dan cara mengatasinya adalah dengan melakukan pengawasan serius ketika melakukan perakitan. Untuk aspek proses produksi utamnya terdapat kendala dengan adanya cacat pada produk dan diperlukan tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan agar mendapatkan kualitas produk yang baik khususnya secara visual. Serta untuk aspek akomodasi permasalahan terjadi dengan keterlambatan pengiriman produk pada pelanggan, dapat ditanggulangi dengan menyediakan stok produk agar terdapat cadangan produk yang akan dikirim. Lalu yang menjadi fokus PPB Karawang dan adanya audit berkala untuk melalukan monitoring dan evaluasi proses produksi produk melalui audit internal kantor.

The production process of corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) products is 6 (six) months with a total order of ± 100 products, which every production process must pay attention to quality and quality for customer satisfaction. Therefore this study discusses the evaluation of the stages of production of corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) from the material aspects, production processes and accommodations at the Karawang Concrete Product Plant (PPB), PT. Wijaya Karya Beton TBk. By analyzing the data in the field using check sheets and start-ups to determine the problems faced, fishbone analysis using the 6M method (man, method, material, machine, measurement, mother nature) to determine the factors that influence the production of products, and pareto chart for know the most dominant factors in the production process. The results of the analysis carried out are corrugated concrete sheet piles (ccsp) products which are objects of type W-325. From the material aspect there are obstacles there are differences in the distance between reinforcement in the field with the DED and how to overcome them is to do serious supervision when doing assembly. For the main production process aspects there are obstacles with the presence of defects in the product and corrective actions are needed to get good quality products especially visually. As well as for the accommodation aspect, problems occur with delays in product delivery to customers, can be overcome by providing stock products so that there is a backup product to be sent. Then the focus of PPB Karawang and periodic audits to carry out monitoring and evaluation of product production processes through office internal audits.
