Panel facade precast adalah salah satu produk precast concrete (beton pracetak) merupakan solusi yang mulai banyak digunakan untuk mendukung produktivitas pekerjaan dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi. Panel facade precast memiliki keuntungan yaitu kualitas yang baik. Produktivitas pekerjaan berperan penting sebagai salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan terlaksananya sebuah proyek konstruksi. Nilai produktivitas pekerjaan pemasangan/install material panel beton precast pada facade proyek pembangunan Rusunawa Daan Mogot dalam proyek akhir ini di analisis menggunakan metode time study. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pemasangan/install panel facade precast pada proyek Pembangunan Rusunawa Daan Mogot, menghitung dan mengevaluasi nilai produktivitas pekerjaan pemasangan/install panel facade precast pada proyek pembangunan Rusunawa Daan Mogot Metode time study ini adalah metode pengukuran produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan dengan cara menentukan standard time (waktu standar) suatu pekerjaan. Standard time ini diperoleh dari pengamatan, pada pengamatan akan diukur nilai basic time yang akan diolah menjadi standard time, dan digunakan untuk menghitung nilai produktivitas. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh rata-rata nilai produktivitas di lapangan adalah sebesar 10 buah/hari. Dari hasil perhitungan juga didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata produktivitas pekerjaan pemasangan/install panel facade precast menunjukan hasil bahwa produktivitas tersebut hasilnya masih dibawah dari produktivitas sesuai master schedule pekerjaan pemasangan /install panel facade precast. Dan dari hasil perhitungan produktivitas, selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi produktivitas pekerjaan pemasangan/install panel facade precast dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerjaan pemasangan/install panel facade precast. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa faktor posisi/letak antara material dan tempat pengerjaan/lokasi install, faktor relaxation allowances.

A method of time study this is the method of measurement of labour productivity in the field by means of determining standard time (standard time) a job. Standard time was obtained from observation, observation will be measured on value basic time which will be processed into standard time, and used to calculate the value of productivity. From the results of the calculation of the average value of the obtained productivity in field of 10 pieces/day. From the results of the calculations also obtained the result that the average productivity of the installation work/install precast facade panels show the results that the result is still under the productivity of productivity appropriate master schedule job installation of precast facade panels/install. And from the results of the calculation of productivity, productivity evaluation work done in the next installation of precast facade panels/install by analyzing factors that affect the productivity of the installation work/install panel facade precast. The results show that the position / location factor between material and work place / install location, relaxation allowances factors.
