Penilaian ini bermaksud untuk menentukan estimasi besarnya Nilai Sewa Pasar mobil milik CV Mawar Transport untuk Tujuan Sewa. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan Pasar dan Pendekatan Pendapatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil investigasi, data penawaran dan transaksi sewa mobil serta data lain yang mendukung proses penilaian. Hasil penilaian mobil milik CV Mawar Transport pada tanggal 25 Mei 2019 adalah Toyota New Avanza 1.3G MT sebesar Rp 270.000 (Dua Ratus Tujuh Puluh Ribu Rupiah) dan Toyota Kijang Innova G sebesar Rp 315.000 (Tiga Ratus Lima Belas Ribu Rupiah). Nilai tersebut adalah hasil rekonsiliasi dari Nilai Sewa Pasar dengan Pendekatan Pasar yaitu Toyota New Avanza 1.3G MT sebesar Rp 326.000 (Tiga Ratus Dua Puluh Enam Ribu Rupiah) dan Toyota Kijang Innova G sebesar Rp 380.000 (Tiga Ratus Delapan Puluh Ribu Rupiah) dan Nilai Sewa Pasar dengan Pendekatan Pendapatan yaitu Toyota New Avanza 1.3G MT sebesar Rp 138.000 (Seratus Tiga Puluh Delapan Ribu Rupiah) dan Toyota Kijang Innova G sebesar Rp 166.000 (Seratus Enam Puluh Enam Ribu Rupiah).

This study aims to determine the estimated amount of Market Rental Value of Cars of CV Mawar Transport for Leasing Purposes. The analytical tools used in this study are market approach and income approach for the analysis technique. The data used in this study was the result of the investigation, offers and leasing transactions data of cars, and other supporting data. The result of the valuation of cars of CV Mawar Transport on May 25, 2019 are the Toyota New Avanza 1.3G MT of Rp 270.000 (Two Hundred and Seventy Thousand Rupiahs) and the Toyota Kijang Innova G of Rp 315.000 (Three Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Rupiahs). The value was the reconciliation of the Market Rental Rate with Market Approach of the Toyota New Avanza 1.3G MT of Rp 326.000 (Three Hundred and Twenty Six Thousand Rupiahs) and the Toyota Kijang Innova G of Rp 380.000 (Three Hundred and Eighty Thousand Rupiahs) and Market Rental Rate with Income Approach of the Toyota New Avanza 1.3G MT of Rp 138.000 (One Hundred and Thirty Eight Thousand Rupiahs) and the Toyota Kijang Innova G of Rp 166.000 (One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiahs).
