Tugas akhir berjudul Digitalisasi Arsip Film di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia ini menjelaskan mengenai bagaimana proses digitalisasi arsip film yang dilakukan di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI). Selain proses digitalisasi, tugas akhir ini juga membahas mengenai bagaimana kondisi arsip film yang disimpan di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi selama proses digitalisasi arsip film. Meskipun sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, digitalisasi arsip film yang dilakukan di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) masih mengalami kendala dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Terdapat tiga metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Studi pustaka dilakukan dengan menggunakan literatur berupa buku, e-book, maupun jurnal yang berkaitan dengan proses digitalisasi arsip film. Selanjutnya observasi, penulis menggunakan metode observasi partisipan dengan ikut serta dalam proses digitaliasi arsip film. Selain studi pustaka dan observasi, penulis juga melakukan wawancara dengan arsiparis yang terlibat langsung pada pelaksanakan digitalisasi arsip film. Proses digitalisasi arsip film yang dilaksanakan di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) terbagi menjadi lima tahapan. Pertama adalah tahapan persiapan sebelum proses digitalisasi dimulai yaitu dengan melakukan koordinasi antara Subdirektorat Penyimpanan dengan Subdirektorat Reproduksi dan Digitalisasi Arsip. Kedua, tahapan digitalisasi arsip film. Ketiga, tahapan ekspor yaitu merubah format film dari .raw menjadi .avi agar file dapat lebih mudah dibaca pengguna. Keempat, tahapan dabing yaitu menggabungkan file video dan suara. Kelima yaitu tahapan akhir, pada tahap ini file akan disimpan di server untuk penyimpanan dan DVD untuk tujuan akses pengguna. Sejalan dalam pelaksanaan digitalisasi arsip film, ditemui beberapa kendala diantaranya adalah Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang ada belum menjelaskan mengenai aturan keselamatan pegawai, sebagian arsip film masih dalam keadaan berjamur, beberapa arsip film memiliki judul yang berbeda dengan isinya, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, tidak adanya standar baku mengenai resolusi dan pengaturan warna pada arsip film, serta file hasil digitalisasi yang berukuran besar.

This final paper explained about moving images digitization process at The National Archives of The Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). Besides digitization, this final paper also explained about the condition of moving images at The National Archives of The Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) and the obstacles during moving image digitization process. Although moving image digitization process at The National Archives of The Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) has been run well enough, its still deal with some problems. There are three methods that used in this final paper, they are literature reviews, observation, and interviews. Literature reviews used books, e-book, and journal that related with moving images digitization processed. The next method is observation, the writer used participatory observation during moving image digitization processed by participating on the digitization process. The last one is interviews where the writer did interviews with the archivist who work on the moving image digitization processed. Moving image digitization process at The National Archives of The Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) is divided in five steps. First step is preparation before digitization beginning, Storage Subdirectorate will make a coordination with Reproduction and Digitization Archives Subdirectorate. Second, moving images digitization process. Third, export step that is change moving image format from .raw into .avi in order to make the file easy to read by user. Fourth, dubbing step that is collected video and sound file into one. Fifth is final step, in this step file will save in server as storage and DVD for users access. Moving image digitization process still deal with some problems such as Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) that is not yet explain about safety for the workers, some moving image that still covered with mold and some others have different title with the content, the lack of human resources, the absence about resolution and color setting formal standard on moving image digitization process, and the final result files have large size.
