PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INVESTIGASI OUTBREAK PENYAKIT BERBASIS WEBSITE

Penyebaran penyakit bisa terjadi dalam waktu cepat dan tidak terlihat dengan jelas cara penyebarannya. Penyebaran wabah penyakit ataupun kejadian luar biasa (outbreak) pada penyakit menjadi berita hangat baik di negara Indonesia maupun Internasional. Informasi penyebaran penyakit merupakan informasi yang sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh mereka yang bekerja dalam bidang kesehatan. Informasi tersebut akan menentukan arah tindakan yang harus dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran suatu wabah penyakit agar tidak meluas dampaknya dan dapat segera dilakukan penanganan medis. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengumpulan informasi penyebaran wabah penyakit adalah pertukaran informasi yang tidak real time dan dokumentasi secara manual antara investigator dengan pihak pembuat keputusan. Akibatnya waktu yang diperlukan dalam pengolahan data menjadi lebih lama untuk menghasilkan sebuah informasi utuh. Informasi tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai dasar tindakan penanganan wabah penyakit. Sistem informasi investigasi outbreak ini dibuat untuk mengolah input data dari investigator menjadi sebuah informasi spasial dan temporal sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan langkah selanjutnya dalam menangani penyebaran penyakit tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini yaitu metode scrum pada model agile development dikarenakan metode ini dapat mudah beradaptasi pada lingkungan permintaan pengguna yang sering berubah-ubah. Platform aplikasi sendiri dibagi menjadi beberapa bagian lagi, yaitu back-end, front-end, database, dan mobile apps. Peneliti sendiri dalam hal ini mengembangkan front-end yang berbasis pada website. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan lebih banyak membahas terkait pengembangan sistem informasi investigasi penyebaran wabah penyakit yang mampu memvisualisasikan hasil pelaporan investigasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website sistem informasi investigasi penyebaran wabah penyakit yang dapat digunakan untuk visualisasi data hasil investigasi. Sistem informasi itu sendiri memiliki beberapa fitur kurva epidemik, spot map dan edit profil. Tujuan utama dari website tersebut adalah untuk mempercepat pengambilan keputusan terkait penyebaran wabah penyakit yang sedang berlangsung, sehingga tindakan penanggulangan dapat segera diambil. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji fungsionalitas dan uji usability menggunakan black box testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Pada pengujian black box, dari 30 test case terdapat 1 kesalahan pada positive test yaitu pada fungsi button pada map. Sedangkan hasil rata-rata nilai persentil SUS yang diperoleh dalam usability testing aplikasi ini adalah sebesar 72. Nilai tersebut berada pada score diatas rata-rata yaitu 68. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sudah memenuhi aspek kegunaan yang meliputi standar efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna.

The spread of the disease can occur in a fast time and it is not clearly seen how it is spread. The spread of outbreaks of disease has become hot news both in Indonesia and internationally. Information on the spread of disease is information that is very important and is needed by those who work in the health sector. This information will determine the direction of action that must be taken to prevent the spread of an outbreak of the disease so as not to expand its impact and medical treatment can be done immediately. The obstacle faced in gathering information on the spread of epidemics is the exchange of non-real-time information and manual documentation between investigators and decision makers. As a result, the time needed to process data becomes longer to produce a complete information. This information can be used as a basis for actions to deal with disease outbreaks. This outbreak investigation information system is made to process input data from investigators into spatial and temporal information so that it can be used in decision making to determine the next steps in dealing with the spread of the disease. The method used in the development of this system is the scrum method in the agile development model because this method can easily adapt to the user demand environment that often changes. The application platform itself is divided into several other parts, namely back-end, front-end, database, and mobile apps. The researcher himself in this case developed a front-end based on the website. Therefore, in this study more researchers will discuss the development of information systems investigating the spread of disease outbreaks that are able to visualize the results of investigative reporting. This research produces an information system website investigating the spread of disease outbreaks that can be used to visualize investigative data. The information system itself has several features of epidemic curves, spot maps and edit profiles. The main objective of the website is to speed up decision making related to the spread of ongoing disease outbreaks, so that countermeasures can be taken immediately. The tests carried out were functional tests and usability tests using black box testing and System usability scale (SUS). In black box testing, of the 30 test cases there was 1 positive test error that is in the button function on the map. While the results of the average SUS percentile value obtained in usability testing this application is 72. The value is at the score above the average of 68. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application meets the aspects of use that includes standards of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction the user.
