Peran Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga (Work-Family Conflict) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Polisi Wanita di Polda D.I. Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran konflik pekerjaan-keluarga terhadap kepuasan kerja pada polisi wanita di Polda Yogyakarta. Hipotesis dalam penelitian adalah konflik pekerjaan-keluarga (work family conflict) memiliki peranan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada polisi wanita. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Work-Family Conflict Scale dari Carlson, Kacmar, & Williams (2000) dan skala kepuasan kerja dari Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ-Short Form) yang dikembangkan oleh Weiss, Dawis, & England (1967). Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana pada 96 polisi wanita. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat peran negatif konflik pekerjaan-keluarga (work-family conflict) terhadap kepuasan kerja yang signifikan (R=0,238, ������² = -0,307, F = 5,635, p<0,05).

This research aims to examine and analize the role of work-family conflict toward job satisfaction of women police in Polda Yogyakarta. The hypothesis of this research is work-family conflict has the role toward job satisfaction of women police. The instrument of this research is adapated from Work-Family Conflict Scale by Carlson, Kacmar, & Williams (2000) and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ-Short Form) by Weiss, Dawis, & England (1967). Data collected in 96 police women and was analysis by the simple regression. The result of this research showed that there is negative significant relation between work-family conflict toward job satisfaction of women police in Polda Yogyakarta (R=0,238, ������² = -0,307; F = 5,635, p<0,05).
