Pengendalian Kualitas Getah Karet dan RSS di Kebun Ngobo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kabupaten Semarang

Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX adalah salah satu perkebunan yang memproduksi Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS). Proses produksi yang sesuai dengan prosedur menentukan kualitas produk sehingga pengendalian kualitas penting dilakukan pada bahan baku, proses, maupun produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah bahan baku RSS Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX berada dalam batas kendali statistik; (2) mengetahui apakah cacat giling pada lembar RSS Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX berada dalam batas kendali statistik; (3) mengetahui apakah cacat gelembung pada lembar RSS Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX berada dalam batas kendali statistik dan (4) mengetahui apakah produk RSS Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX berada dalam batas kendali statistik. Data dianalisis dengan peta kendali 3 sigma sebagai alat dari metode SQC. Data yang digunakan adalah data total produksi dan produk yang rusak untuk tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2018. Data diolah menggunakan peta kendali variabel dan peta kendali atribut. Peta kendali variabel yang digunakan adalah peta kendali x bar dan R untuk bahan baku. Peta kendali atribut yang digunakan adalah peta kendali p untuk produk RSS dan produk yang mengalami cacat giling dan cacat gelembung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas getah karet sebagai bahan baku pada pabrik pengolahan RSS Kebun Ngobo tidak terkendali secara statistik; (2) cacat giling di Kebun Ngobo terkendali secara statistik; (3) cacat gelembung di Kebun Ngobo tidak terkendali secara statistik serta (4) kualitas produk jadi RSS 1, RSS 3, RSS 4 dan cutting di pabrik pengolahan RSS Kebun Ngobo tidak terkendali secara statistik.

Kebun Ngobo, PTPN IX is one of the plantations that produces Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS). The production process that is in accordance with the procedure determines the quality of the product so that quality control is important in raw materials, processes, and products. This research aims to (1) find out whether the raw material of RSS in Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX is within the limits of statistical control; (2) find out whether the milling defect in Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX is within the statistical control limits; (3) find out whether the bubble defect in Kebun Ngobo PTPN IX is within the limits of statistical control and (4) find out whether the RSS Kebun Ngobo product is within the statistical control limit. Data was analyzed by 3-sigma control chart as a tool from the SQC method. The data used are data on total production and defect products for 2014 until 2018. Data is processed using variable control chart and attribute control chart. The variable control chart used is the control chart x bar and R for raw materials. The attribute control chart used is the control chart for RSS products and defect products that are milled defects and bubble defects. The results showed that (1) the quality of rubber sap as raw materials at the Kebun Ngobo RSS processing plant was not statistically controlled; (2) milling defect in Kebun Ngobo was controlled statistically; (3) bubble defect in Kebun Ngobo was not statistically controlled; (4) the quality product of RSS 1, RSS 3, RSS 4 and cutting in Kebun Ngobo were not statistically controlled.
