PENGARUH VARIABEL CASH HOLDING, PROFITABILITY, LEVERAGE DAN SIZE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN KONSTRUKSI BUMN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2016 - 2018

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh cash holding, profitability, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasi dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder yaitu yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan konstruksi BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Dalam penarikan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji statistik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cash Holding tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitability tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Konstruksi BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016 - 2018.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of holding cash, profitability, leverage, and firm size on firm value. This study uses a correlation research method, and the type of data used in this study uses secondary data types which are sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.go.id). The population in this study were all state-owned construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. In drawing samples using non probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression statistical test. The results of this study indicate that Cash Holding has no significant effect on Firm Value, Profitability does not significantly influence Company Value, Leverage has a significant effect on Firm Value, Company Size has a significant effect on Company Value in BUMN Construction Companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 - 2018.
