Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang tahapan pelaksanaan rekonstruksi arsip di Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah DIY. Tahapan rekonstruksi arsip meliputi survei, persiapan, pemilahan, deskripsi arsip, pembungkusan arsip, pembuatan skema klasifikasi, input kode klasifikasi, manuver deskripsi arsip, manuver berkas, memberikan nomor definitif, dan yang terakhir yaitu pelabelan. Dalam kesimpulannya dijelaskan mengenai sarana dan prasarana apa saja yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan rekonstruksi arsip. Sarana dan prasarana tersebut meliputi kertas pembungkus, boks, rak, alat tulis kantor, dan gedung penyimpanan arsip. Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan tiga metode. Pertama yaitu dengan metode observasi partisipasi dengan melakukan pengamatan dan berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan rekonstrusi arsip di PWM DIY. Kedua, metode wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pelaksanaan rekontsruksi arsip di PWM DIY. Ketiga, metode studi pustaka dilakukan dengan mencari literatur yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan tema rekonstruksi arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses rekonstruksi arsip di Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah meliputi pengelolaan arsip belum sesuai dengan standat, tidak adanya arsiparis, dan berkaitan dengan kondisi prasarana tempat penyimpanan arsip yaitu Rumah Arsip Muhammadiyah.

This report discuss about archival reconstruction in Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah DIY. The procedures of archival reconstruction are organizational and archival survey, preparation, sorting, description, packaging, making classification schemes, input classification codes, maneuvering archives description, file maneuvers, giving definitive numbers, and labeling. In its conclusions explained about what tools and infrastructure were used in this implementation of archival reconstruction. Such facilities and infrastructure include casing, boxes, shelves, office stationery, and archival storage building. In writing this final assignment using three methods. First is the method of participant observation by observing and actively participating in the implementation of archival reconstruction in the PWM DIY. Second, the interview method conducted to obtain information about the history and development of the PWM DIY that was carried out with the chairman and several employees. Third, the literature study method by looking for literature that has relevance to the theme of archive reconstruction. There are some limitations in archival reconstructions process. They are the management of records that have not been in accordance with the archival standards, availability of archivist, and about the conditions of archive storage infrastructure namely Rumah Arsip Muhammadiyah.
