GAMBARAN PEMENUHAN ELEMEN PENILAIAN MIRM 11 PADA STANDAR NASIONAL AKREDITASI RUMAH SAKIT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM RIZKI AMALIA MEDIKA

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : RSU Rizki Amalia Medika merupakan rumah sakit yang sudah melakukan akreditasi KARS dengan hasil bintang satu dan sedang mempersiapakan akreditasi. Dalam akreditasi SNARS terdapat standar MIRM 11 yang berkaitan dengan keamanan rekam medis. Dalam pengelolaan rekam medis sistem penyimpanannya menggunakan sistem Desentralisasi dengan sistem penjajaran dengan penomoran langsung ( straight numerical filing ). Tujuan : Menjelaskan pemenuhan elemen penilaian standar MIRM 11 dalam persiapan akreditasi SNARS di Instalasi rekam medis RSU Rizki Amalia Medika Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan rancangan feneomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini empat petugas rawat jalan, satu petugas rekam medis dan satu kepala rekam medis. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu SPO, Pedoman, dan Kebijakan dalam pemenuhan elemen peneilaian MIRM 11. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil : Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 1 MIRM 11 belum terpenuhi. Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 2 MIRM 11 belum terpenuhi. Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 3 MIRM 11 belum terpenuhi. Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 4 MIRM 11 tidak terpenuhi. Kesimpulan : Pemenuhan elemen penilaian standar MIRM 11 dalam persiapan akreditasi SNARS di instansi rekam medis RSU Rizki Amalia Medika belum tepenuhi seluruhnya. ABSTRACT Background : Rizki Amalia Medika General Hospital is a hospital that has passed KARS accreditation with one-star result and preparing for accreditation. Accreditation of SNARSed MIRM 11 standard is related to the security of medical records. In the management of medical records, the storage system uses a decentralized system with a straight number filing numbering system. Objective : To explain the fulfillment of MIRM 11 standard elements in preparation for SNARS accreditation in the medical record installation at Rizki Amalia Medika General Hospital. Methodes : The research type is qualitative descriptive research with phenomenology design. The research subjects are four outpatient officers, one medical record officer and one medical record chairman. The research objects are SOP, guidelines, and policy in fulfilling the assessment elements of MIRM 11. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and documentation study. Test data validity uses source triangulation method. Result : Fulfillment of Results 1 MIRM 11 elements has not been fulfilled. Fulfillment of the Results element 2 MIRM 11 has not been fulfilled. Fulfillment of Outcome 3 MIRM 11 elements has not been fulfilled. Fulfillment of the 4 MIRM 11 Results element is not fulfilled. Conclusion : Fulfillment of the MIRM 11 standard elements in preparation for SNARS accreditation at the Rizki Amalia Medika General Hospital medical record instalation have not been fully fulfilled.
