PENGEMBANGAN DAN EVALUASI PROTOTIPE ANTARMUKA SISTEM PENDAFTARAN PASIEN PADA RUMAH SAKIT HEWAN PROF. SOEPARWI BERBASIS THE FIVE ELEMENTS OF USER EXPERIENCE

Rumah Sakit Hewan (RSH) Prof. Soeparwi merupakan salah satu rumah sakit hewan di Yogyakarta yang berada di bawah naungan Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan UGM. Dalam pelayanan pendaftaran pasien pada RSH Prof. Soeparwi, pemilik hewan diharuskan datang ke rumah sakit untuk melakukan pendaftaran. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sistem yang terdapat pada pendaftaran pasien RSH Prof. Soeparwi selama ini masih bersifat lokal dan hanya dirancang untuk pegawai administrasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dikembangkan antarmuka website sisitem pendaftaran pasien yang berfokus pada perancangan antarmuka pengguna. Pada penelitian ini, akan dikembangkan antarmuka website sistem pendaftaran pasien pada RSH Prof. Soeparwi. Pengembangan didasarkan pada kerangka kerja The Elements of User Experience. Setelah melalui proses pengembangan, dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang diajukan pada pemilik hewan untuk mengukur seberapa baik aspek user experience dari sistem ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan antarmuka website sistem pendaftaran pasien RSH Prof. Soeparwi yang dikaji dari sisi pemilik hewan. Sistem yang dikembangkan berfungsi untuk melakukan pendaftaran pasien secara online, sehingga masalah sistem informasi yang terdapat pada RSH Prof. Soeparwi dapat terselesaikan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi UEQ, antarmuka yang dikembangkan menghasilkan nilai rerata UEQ yaitu 2,27 untuk setiap aspeknya dan termasuk pada kategori yang sangat baik karena memiliki nilai rerata > 0,8. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki aspek user experience yang cukup baik dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai antarmuka website sistem pendaftaran pasien di RSH Prof. Soeparwi.

Animal Hospital Prof. Soeparwi is one of the veterinary hospitals in Yogyakarta under the auspices of the Veterinary Medicine Faculty of UGM. In the patient registration service at Animal Hospital Prof. Soeparwi, animal owners are required to come to the hospital to register. This is because the system contained in the registration of Animal Hospital Prof. Soeparwi patients has always been local and only designed for administrative employees. Therefore, this final project developed a patient registration system website interface that focuses on designing the user interface. In this final project, the website interface of the patient registration system at Animal Hospital Prof. Soeparwi will be developed. Soeparwi. The development is based on the framework of The Elements of User Experience. After going through the development process, an evaluation using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) was submitted to animal owners to measure how well the user experience aspects of this system. This final project produces a website interface for Animal Hospital Prof. Soeparwi patient registration system which was reviewed from the side of animal owners. The system developed serves to register patients online, so that the information system problems contained in Animal Hospital Prof. Soeparwi can be resolved. Based on the results of the UEQ evaluation, the interface developed produces UEQ mean value of 2.27 for each aspect and is included in the excellent category because it has an average value of> 0.8. Then it can be concluded that the system developed has a fairly good user experience aspect and can be recommended as an interface for the patient registration system website at RSH Prof. Soeparwi.
