ANALISIS KESESUAIAN HASIL KODING RAWAT JALAN PADA BERKAS REKAM MEDIS DENGAN DATA INA CBG'S DI RUMAH SAKIT UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA

Latar Belakang : Pelaksanaan pengkodean dilakukan oleh perekam medis diharapkan mampu membantu rumah sakit meningkatkan mutunya terkait pelaksanaan rekam medis. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan diperoleh kode diagnosis tidak sesuai antara berkas rekam medis dengan data INA CBG's, adanya berkas rekam medis tanpa kode. Tujuan : Menganalisis kesesuaian hasil koding rawat jalan pada berkas rekam medis dan data INA CBG's di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Metode :Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel sebanyak 250 data pasien rawat jalan penjaminan BPJS pada bulan Juli sampai Desember 2018. Teknik sampling adalah simple random sampling. Hasil :Dari sampel sebanyak 250 hasil koding data INA CBG's didapatkan 202 (82%) kode sesuai dan 48(19%) kode tidak sesuai. 10 besar jumlah hasil koding yang sesuai, kasus tertinggi terdapat pada kode H52 (21 kasus) dan terendah H26(4 kasus), adapun 10 besar kode diagnosis tidak sesuai didapatkan jumlah tertinggi pada kode K04 (6 kasus) dan terendah pada kode I50 (2 kasus), E11 (2 kasus), H66 (2 kasus), K03 (2 kasus), K01 (2 kasus) dan I10 (2 kasus). Kesimpulan : Hasil koding diagnosis utama pada berkas rekam medis dan INA CBG's masih ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara keduanya. Diperlukan evaluasi dan diskusi terkait pemilihan kode diagnosis tertentu, penggunaan diagnosis primer dan sekunder, dan istilah medis yang digunakan.

Background: The implementation of coding by medical recorders is expected to be able to help hospitals improve their quality related to the implementation of medical records. Based on the results of the preliminary study obtained an incompatible diagnosis code between the medical record file with INA CBG's data and the existence of a medical record file without code. Objective: To analyze the suitability of outpatient coding results in the medical record file and INA CBG's data at the Sebelas Maret University Hospital in Surakarta. Method: The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach and cross sectional design. The technique of collecting data are interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The sample of this study is the outpatience BPJS insurance data in July - December 2018 as many as 250 data. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Results: From a sample of 250 INA CBG's data coding results, 202 (82%) codes were matched and 48 (19%) codes were not appropriate. The top 10 number of corresponding coding results, the highest case is in the H52 code (21 cases) and the lowest H26 (4 cases), while the top 10 diagnostic codes do not match the highest number in the K04 code (6 cases) and the lowest in the I50 code (2 cases), E11 (2 cases), H66 (2 cases), K03 (2 cases), K01 (2 cases) and I10 (2 cases). Conclusion: The main diagnosis coding results in the medical record file and INA CBG's still found discrepancies. Evaluation and discussion are needed regarding the selection of certain diagnostic codes, the use of primary and secondary diagnoses, and medical terms used.
