IMPLEMENTASI REKAM MEDIS PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RSUD KOTA CILEGON

Penyelenggaraan rekam medis (RM) merupakan proses kegiatan yang dimulai pada saat diterima pasien di rumahsakit, diteruskan kegiatan pencatatan data medic pasien selama pasien mendapat pelayanan medis di rumahsakit dan dilanjutkan dengan penanganan berkas RM yang meliputi penyelenggaraan, penyimpanan, serta pengeluaran berkas dari tempat penyimpanan untuk melayani permintaan/peminjaman apabila untuk keperluan lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak yang menangani pasien salah satunya adalah petugas rekam medis agar terwujud tertib administrasi Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitataif dengan pendekatan case studies. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode grounded theory. Tehnik pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan pendekatan homogenus sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah petugas rekam medis Dari hasil penelitian diambil kesimpulan bahwa secara umum kinerja petugas rekam medis di RSUD Kota Cilegon cukup baik. Ada faktor-faktor intrinsic yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja petugas rekam medis yaitu sumber daya manusia, pengakuan dari orang lain, keinginan untuk maju. Dan factor-faktor ekstrinsik yaitu hubungan interpersonal, sarana dan prasarana, system informasi manajemen yang belum berfungsi optimal, serta pengawasan/supervise. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kinerja petugas rekam medis adalah prosedur kerja, kompensasi dan keluarga.

The implementation of medical records (MR) is the first activity that the patient receives in the hospital, it’s forworded to the recording data of the patient while the patient gets the medical care at the hospital and continued with the handling of MR file wich includes the implementation, storage, and expenditure of the storage file to serve the demand/borrowing for other purposes. Therefore we need cooperation among all selections witch deal with patients, in this case, one of them is a medical record clerk to make well administrative. This research is qualitative study with the case studies approach. Research design is using grounded theory method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method homogenus sampling approach. And the subject of the research it self is medical record officer. The conclusions drawn from the research results that the overall performance of the medical record in RSUD kota Cilegon good enough. There are intrinsic factors that can affect the performance of official medical record of human resources, recognition from other, desire tomove forward. And extrinsic factors that interpersonal relationships, facilities and infrastructure, Management Informasi System are not functioning optimally, and monitoring/supervision. Whereas factors that do not affect the performance of official medical record is working procedures, compensation and family.
