Pada penulisan tesis ini, raerabahas tentang Implementasi Supply Chain Management Dalam Rantai Bisnis Pulsa Elektronik di Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia, pada studi kasus Setia Selluler Yogyakarta dimana memberikan layanan pengisian pulsa elektronik yang sebelumnya reseller hams menggunakan banyak alat produksi chip yang masing masing alat produksi hanya dapat melakukan transaksi dari dan hanya ke satu operator kemudian dengan implementasi ini transaksi dapat menggunakan satu chip untuk ke semua operator. Implementasi ini didasari pada pada kompleksitas bisnis proses yang dilakukan reseller ke operator seluler untuk melakukan transaksi pengisian pulsa, baik menyangkut penyediaan alat produksi, sediaan produk, transaksi, koordinasi, aktivasi, integrasi hingga proses laporan secara online. Implementasi dilakukan dengan membangun SMS Server dengan aplikasi khusus ARM 19 yang terintegrasi ke alat produksi dari masing masing operator seluler. Produk yang dihasilkan dapat menjadikan bisnis proses lebih efisien dan akurat. Kata Kunci: Pulsa elektronik,integrasi, SMS Server, ARM19

This paper discussed about Implementation Supply Chain Management on Voucher Elektronik chain in Indonesia Telecommunication Industry. This case was based on Setia Celluler Yogyakarta reseller that changed the business procees with this implementation from use many product appliance to do electronic voucher reload became one appliance to do all transaction to all operators. This implementation based on complexity of business procees from reseller to celluler operator to make electronic voucher recharge transaction, supply, coordination, activation, integration process and online report. This design implementation is build SMS Server with special software called ARM 19 that integrate with many product appliance from each cellular operator.
