PERAN PARTISIPASI DALAM PENGANGGARAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL DENGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN INFORMASI ASIMETRIS SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI (STUDI PADA INSTITUT SENI INDONESIA DENPASAR)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran partisipasi dalam penganggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, menguji budaya organisasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi yang dapat memperkuat peran partisipasi dalam penganggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, dan menguji informasi asimetris sebagai variabel pemoderasi yang dapat memperlemah peran partisipasi dalam penganggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini mengambil subyek para pejabat struktural di Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar sejumlah 58 orang. Hasil tabulasi kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan model yang diajukan mampu menjawab pertanyaan penelitian dengan nilai R = 0,318. Partisipasi dalam penganggaran berperan positif terhadap kinerja manajerial melalui pengujian path analysis dengan nilai 0,505, p value 0.05. Budaya organisasi bukan merupakan variabel pemoderasi bagi partisipasi dalam penganggaran terhadap kinerja anggaran, dan informasi asimetris potensial memperlemah hubungan keduanya.

This study aims to test the role of participation in budgeting against managerial performance, test the organizational culture as a moderating variable that can strengthen the role of participation in budgeting towards managerial performance, and test the asymmetric information as the moderating variable that can weaken the role of participation in budgeting against managerial performance. This research takes the subject of structural officials at ISI Denpasar a number of 58 people. Tabulated results of the questionnaires was processed using the computer software SmartPLS 3.0. The test results showed the model proposed is able to answer the questions the research with a value of R = 0.318. Participation in budgeting a positive role towards managerial performance through path analysis with a value of 0.505, p value 0.05. Organizational culture is not a moderating variable for participation in the budgeting against performance, and of potential asymmetric information weakens the relationship of the two.
