ANALISIS KEBERADAAN SILENT KILLERS PADA IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI DAN PEMBELAJARAN STUDI PADA PT. MANDIRI UTAMA FINANCE

PT. Mandiri Utama Finance merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan yang baru berumur 3 (tiga) tahun dan memiliki mimpi agar dapat berkompetisi dengan perusahaan papan atas di industri yang sama dalam kurun waktu 5 (lima) tahun kedepan. Saat ini peranan informasi, komunikasi, dan teknologi sudah berubah dari yang sebelumya hanya berfungsi sebagai supporting the business, menjadi business enabler. MU Finance menyadari hal tersebut dan memasukkan strategi Transformasi Digital/Digitalisasi sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari strategi lainnya, sehingga peran informasi, komunikasi, dan teknologi dapat berfungsi sebagai pengungkit bisnis. Dalam implementasi strategi dan pembelajaran, terdapat 6 (enam) hal yang disebut sebagai silent killers dan dapat membunuh perusahaan bila tidak disikapi dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan silent killers pada implementasi strategi dan pembelajaran di MU Finance serta menganalisis keterhubungan 3 (tiga) dimensi kualitas terhadap silent killers. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metoda analisis deskriptif sehingga dapat mengeksplorasi dengan kedalaman yang baik. Atas analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: Analisis keberadaan silent killers dilihat dari 6 (enam) aspek terhadap 9 (sembilan) kasus yang ada di MU Finance. Ke-6 (enam) aspek silent killers ditemukan di MU Finance dengan detil sebagai berikut: *) Laissez-faire leadership (7 dari 9 kasus) *) Unclear strategy, conflicting priorities (7 dari 9 kasus) *) No teamwork from the management team (7 dari 9 kasus) *) Poor communication (8 dari 9 kasus) *) Poor coordination (7 dari 9 kasus) *) Unready middle managers (7 dari 9 kasus) Analisis interaksi ke-6 (enam) silent killers tersebut dengan 3 (tiga) dimensi kualitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas arahan, pembelajaran dan implementasi di MU Finance dikategorikan dalam kondisi yang mengkhawatirkan.

PT. Mandiri Utama Finance is one of the finance companies that are only 3 (three) years old and have dreams to be able to compete with top companies in the same industry within the next 5 (five) years. At present, the role of information, communication and technology has changed from what previously only functioned as a supporting the business, becoming a business enabler. MU Finance is aware of this and includes the Digital Transformation/Digitization strategy as an integral part of other strategies, so that the role of information, communication and technology can function as a business lever. In implementing strategies and learning, there are 6 (six) things which are called silent killers and can kill companies if they are not properly addressed. This study aims to analyze the existence of the silent killers in the implementation of strategies and learning in MU Finance and analyze the relationship of 3 (three) quality dimensions of silent killers. The study was conducted with descriptive analysis methods so that it can explore with good depth. For the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that: Analysis of the existence of the silent killers is seen from 6 (six) aspects of 9 (nine) cases in MU Finance. The 6 (six) aspects of the silent killers are found in MU Finance with the following details: *) Laissez-faire leadership (7 out of 9 cases) *) Unclear strategy, conflicting priorities (7 of 9 cases) *) No teamwork from the management team (7 out of 9 cases) *) Poor communication (8 out of 9 cases) *) Poor coordination (7 out of 9 cases) *) Unready middle managers (7 out of 9 cases) The 6th (six) interaction analysis of the silent killers with 3 (three) dimensions of quality can be concluded that the quality of direction, learning and implementation in MU Finance is categorized under alarming conditions.
