ADOPSI SISTEM TEKNOLOGI INTERNAL PADA PT WIKA REALTY, Tbk

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menjelaskan tingkat adopsi sistem teknologi internal berdasarkan perspektif Persepsi Karakteristik Inovasi karyawan PT. Wika Realty, 2) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi sistem teknologi internal, 3) Menyusun rekomendasi untuk perusahaan agar adopsi sistem teknologi internal dapat dilaksanakan sepenuhnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan yang terbagi menjadi 50 orang karyawan kantor pusat dan 50 karyawan proyek kawasan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang diterapkan dalam pemilihan sampel adalah: (1) karyawan yang sudah berstatus sebagai pegawai tetap perusahaan, (2) karyawan yang telah bekerja di PT Wika Realty, Tbk selama minimal tiga tahun. Metode pengumpulan data dengan survey. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Berdasarkan delapan instrumen PCI, untuk responden kantor pusat instrumen yang memiliki rata-rata skor tertinggi adalah keuntungan relatif. Begitu pula dengan hasil dari responden karyawan proyek kawasan.Artinya karyawan merasa bahwa adanya sistem teknologi internal ini lebih baik daripada yang pernah ada sebelumnya. Untuk instrumen PCI dengan rata-rata skor terendah untuk karyawan kantor pusat adalah citra. Artinya adalah karyawan menganggap dengan menggunakan sistem teknologi internal belum mampu untuk meningkatkan citranya di lingkungan. Untuk karyawan proyek kawasan skor terendah adalah kemudahan penggunaan. Artinya adalah karyawan merasa bahwa sistem teknologi internal tidak mudah untuk digunakan, 2) Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat adopsi sistem teknologi internal adalah saluran komunikasi, sistem sosial, dan penyuluhan, 3) Peneliti menyusun beberapa rekomendasi sebagai bahan pertimbangan perusahaan. Rekomendasi tersebut untuk meningkatkan instrumen PCI yang bernilai rendah serta untuk mengatasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat pengadopsian inovasi.

ABSTRACT This research intends to 1) Describe the level of adoption of internal technology systems based on the perspective of Perceived Characteristics of Innovation of employees of PT. Wika Realty, 2) Identifying factors that affect the internal technology system, 3) Developing solutions for companies so that the adoption of internal technology systems can be fully implemented. The sample in this study are 100 employees who are divided into 50 head office employees and 50 regional project employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the criteria used in the selection of samples are: (1) employees who have status as permanent employees of the company, (2) employees who have worked at PT Wika Realty Tbk for at least three years. Method of data collection is by survey. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis. Merging data and discussion, it can be concluded that 1) Based on the eight PCI instruments, for the head office respondents the highest instrument average is relative advantage. Similarly, the results from the regional project employee. This indicates the employee already acknowledge that internal technology system is better than the system before. For PCI instruments with the lowest average score for head office employees is image. This means that employees perceived by using internal technology systems can not improve their image in the environment. The results from regional project employees are ease of use. It indicates that internal information system is not easy to use, 2) Factors that influence the level of adoption of internal technology are communication, social systems, and counseling, 3) Researchers compile several recommendations as consideration for the company. The recommendations can be used for improving the low-value PCI instruments and to overcome factors that hinder the adoption of innovation.
