Perancangan Jig Untuk Repair Electrode Spot Welding Tipe ST 02 Di PT Aisin Indonesia

PT Aisin Indonesia memproduksi sendiri tool yang akan digunakan untuk produksi. Tool development section mengerjakan perbaikan dan penyediaan spare part mould dan dies. PT Aisin Indonesia menggunakan electrode yang didesain khusus oleh Aisin Seiki co. Ltd. Electrode ini dapat direparasi dengan cara pengikisan menggunakan mesin CNC milling. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah meningkatkan efektifitas proses produksi striker, mengurangi waktu proses repair electrode spot welding tipe ST 02, meningkatkan jumlah electrode dalam sekali repair. Electrode spot welding tipe ST 02 merupakan salah satu tool yang direparasi oleh tool development section PT Aisin Indonesia. Jig untuk proses repair electrode spot welding tipe ST 02 merupakan alat bantu pada saat proses repair. Selain mengarahkan mata potong jig ini juga meminimalisir waktu proses repair pada mesin, sehingga tidak mengganggu project lain yang akan dikerjakan oleh mesin tersebut. Kesimpulan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah waktu proses repair electrode spot welding tipe ST 02 menurun sehingga proses suplai electrode spot welding tipe ST 02 ke bagian produksi striker cepat dan meningkatkan efektifitas produksi striker, jumlah electrode ditambah sebanyak 8 electrode dalam sekali repair, dengan dibuatnya jig ini karyawan atau operator tidak lagi harus melakukan repair manual satu per satu.

PT Aisin Indonesia produces its own tools that will be used for production. Tool development section works on repairing and supplying mold parts and dies. PT Aisin Indonesia uses electrodes specially designed by Aisin Seiki co. Ltd. This electrode can be repaired by scraping using a CNC milling machine. The purpose of this final project is to improve the effectiveness of the striker's production process, reduce the time of ST 02 type welding electrode repair process, increase the number of electrodes in one repair. ST 02 type electrode spot welding is tool that repaired by PT Aisin Indonesia. Jig for the ST 02 electrode spot welding repair process is a tool during the repair process. In addition to directing the cutting eye, this jig also minimizes the repair process time on the machine, so it does not interfere with other projects that will be done by the machine. The conclusion of this final project is the ST 02 electrode repair process is decreases, so supply process ST 02 welding electrode is fast and increases the effectiveness of the striker's production, the number of electrodes is added by 8 electrodes in one repair, with this jig made employees or operators no longer have to repair manuals one by one.
