Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode pembayaran GO-PAY dari perspektif pengguna di GOJEK (PT. Karya Anak Bangsa). Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis perhatian pengguna melalui metode pembayaran GO-PAY sebagai pembayaran non-tunai pada aplikasi serta di luar aplikasi GOJEK menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis kuantitatif. Studi tentang hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa, kegunaan yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, faktor keamanan, kebiasaan, kemajuan teknologi, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi fasilitasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keinginan pelanggan dalam menggunakan GO-PAY sebagai metode pembayaran mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat berfungsi sebagai bahan masukan bagi pengembang GOJEK atau GO-PAY untuk membuat pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut serta upaya peningkatan kualitas.

This study aims to analyze factors that affect the effectiveness of GO-PAY payment method from the perspective of the user in GOJEK (PT. Karya Anak Bangsa). This study also further aims to analyze user attention through GO-PAY payment method as non-cash payment on GO-JEK application as well as outside GO-JEK application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data collected through questionnaire and then analyzed by quantitative analysis. The study of this result indicates that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security factors, habit, technological advancement, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a significant positive influence on customers' willingness in using GO-PAY as their payment method. The results of this study can serve as input material for GO-JEK or GO-PAY developers in order to make further system development as well as quality improvement efforts.
