PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PROSES BISNIS ELISA DENGAN PERSPEKTIF ARSITEKTUR BISNIS EDUCATION ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

Perkembangan pesat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi memberi dampak pada perubahan arah tata kelola TIK dan pengembangan proses bisnis eLearning di institusi perguruan tinggi. Untuk mengantisipasi perkembangan pesat TIK, partisipasi unit internal, sebagai sumber daya di institusi pendidikan, merupakan kekuatan institusi untuk mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang mendukung pencapaian visi institusi. Dosen, sebagai pengembang proses pembelajaran, tidak dapat mendominasi pengembangan proses pembelajaran mandiri mahasiswa. Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab bagaimana institusi mengembangkan eLearning yang dapat melibatkan semakin banyak unit internal institusi. Peran mereka dapat diarahkan pada penyediaan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran mandiri mahasiswa, terutama dalam perencanaan belajar, perolehan sumber materi untuk proses belajar kolaboratif dan multidisipliner, dan evaluasi belajar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini memanfaatkan perspektif arsitektur bisnis Education Enterprise Architecture (EEA). Pemanfaatan perspektif arsitektur bisnis EEA menghasilkan elemen proses instruksional, yang menjadi dasar pengembangan model proses bisnis eLearning selaras dengan tujuan institusi. Subjek penelitian menggunakan studi kasus pada eLisa, Learning Management System yang dimiliki Universitas Gadjah Mada. Pengembangan model proses bisnis eLisa menghasilkan pengembangan profil mahasiswa untuk perencanaan pembelajaran, pelibatan direktorat/unit sebagai penyedia materi pembelajaran dan info akademik, serta pengembangan penilaian sumatif. Pengembangan model proses bisnis tersebut juga menghasilkan kenaikan 35,5% item elemen proses instruksional EEA ke dalam proses bisnis eLisa. Seiring dengan kenaikan tersebut, semakin banyak direktorat/unit internal UGM terlibat dalam model proses bisnis eLisa, terutama untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran mandiri mahasiswa dan pembelajaran kolaboratif dan multidisipliner selaras visi UGM.

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology has an impact on changes in the direction of ICT governance and the development of eLearning business processes at higher education institutions. To anticipate the rapid development of ICT, the participation of internal institutions, as a resource, is the power of institutions to develop learning processes that support the achievement of the institution's vision. Lecturers, as developers of the learning process, cannot dominate the development of student independent learning processes. This study seeks to answer how institutions develop eLearning that can involve more and more internal institutional units. Their role can be directed to provide information needed in students' independent learning processes, especially in learning planning, obtaining material resources for collaborative and multidisciplinary learning processes, and evaluating learning. To achieve this goal, this research utilizes the Education Enterprise Architecture (EEA) business architecture perspective. Utilizing the EEA business architecture perspective produces the instructional processes elements. These elements form the basis for developing eLearning business process models in line with institutional goals. The research subjects used a case study on eLisa, the Learning Management System owned by Universitas Gadjah Mada. The development of the eLisa business process model results in the development of student profiles for learning planning, the involvement of directorates/units as providers of learning material and academic info, and the development of summative assessments. The development of the business process model also resulted in an increase of 35.5% of the EEA instructional process elements in the eLisa business process. Following this increase, the better UGM directorates/internal units take part in developing eLisa business process models. Their role supports the student's independent learning process, collaborative, and multidisciplinary learning in line with UGM's vision.
