Setiap investasi yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah idealnya harus melalui sebuah analisis. Rencana pembangunan wisata paleologis di Tahura Bunder sampai saat ini belum memilki kajian mengenai kelayakan investasi. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini penulis ingin menganalisis kelayakan investasi pembangunan wisata paleologis di Tahura Bunder. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. Penelitian didahului dengan identifikasi stakeholder, kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data, identifikasi biaya dan manfaat, mengkonversi biaya dan manfaat dalam satuan moneter, menghitung present value, analisis data dengan alat analisis Net Present Benefit (NPB) dan Cost Benefit Analisis (CBA), dan mengambil kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan investasi, pembangunan wisata paleologis di Tahura Bunder layak untuk dilaksanakan karena nilai NPB 11.596.764.992,93 (NPB>0) dan CBA 1,7071 (CBA>1). Investasi ini memiliki nilai manfaat yang lebih besar daripada biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh Pemda DIY.

Every investment made by the regional government should ideally go through an analysis. The plan to develop paleological tourism in Bura Tahura has not yet had a study of investment feasibility. Therefore, through this research the author wants to analyze the feasibility of investing in the development of paleological tourism in Tahura Bunder. The type of research used is descriptive analysis. The research is preceded by identification of stakeholders, then data collection, identification of costs and benefits, converting costs and benefits in monetary units, calculating present value, analyzing data with tools of Net Present Benefit (NPB) and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), and concluding . Based on the investment feasibility analysis, the construction of paleological tourism in Bunder Tahura is feasible because the value of NPB 11,596,764,992.93 (NPB> 0) and CBA 1.7071 (CBA> 1). This investment has a value of benefits that is greater than the costs that must be incurred by the DIY Government.
