PENGELOLAAN ASET TETAP RUMAH DINAS PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja pada pelaksanaan faktor-faktor kunci pengelolaan aset tetap rumah dinas di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden pada lima SKPD yang ada di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah yaitu Sekretariat Daerah, Sekretariat Dewan, BPKAD, Dinas Pendidikan dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arti penting pada setiap faktor pengelolaan aset tetap rumah dinas ada 11 faktor pada skala "Sangat Penting". Untuk kinerja semuanya pada skala "Baik". Berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA, faktor yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan adalah meneliti dan memeriksa aset tetap rumah dinas semesteran dan tahunan yang dilaksanakan oleh pengurus barang, pembaruan data base dan pemanfaatan aset tetap rumah dinas sesuai dengan peruntukannya. Perencanaan, inventarisasi aset tetap rumah dinas, proses legal audit, penelitian administratif, penetapan nilai aset tetap rumah dinas dan pemeriksaan oleh panitia pemeriksaan barang dan jasa pemerintah daerah sangat penting dan memiliki kinerja yang baik sehingga harus dipertahankan.

This study aims to analyze the level of importance and level of performance in the implementation of the key factors of fixed assets management of official homes in the Regional Government of Central Bangka Regency . Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method aims to analyze the problems that occur in this study. The sampling technique in this study used stratified random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 50 respondents in the five SKPD in the Regional Government of Bangka Tengah Regency namely the Regional Secretariat, the Secretariat of the Board, BPKAD, the Education Office and the Health Service Bangka Tengah Regency. The results of this study indicate that the importance of each factor of fixed asset management of official houses is 11 factors on the scale of "Very Important". For performance all on a "Good" scale. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, factors whose performance needs to be improved are to examine and examine the fixed assets of semester and annual official housesimplemented by goods administrators, data base updates and utilization of fixed assets of official houses according to the designation . Planning, inventory of fixed assets of official houses, legal audit processes, administrative research , determination of fixed assets and official homes examination by the committee of the inspection of the goods and services of the regional government very important and has good performance so it must be maintained.
