PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS DAN KETERSEDIAAN MATERIAL DENGAN STRATEGI METODE PEMBELIAN RAW MATERIAL DUAL SOURCING (Studi pada PT SARIHUSADA GENERASI MAHARDIKA)

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak pembelian material dengan metode dual sourcing yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas proses produki serta berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan efisiensi dalam penghematan biaya pembelian bahan baku di departemen Supply Chain PT Sarihusada. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara analisis grafik pencapaian nilai operational efficiency di proses produksi di tahun 2016 dan 2017 serta analisis data penghematan biaya dalam pembelian bahan baku produksi setelah implementasi dual soucing di tahun 2017. Wawancara juga dilakukan kepada tim pembelian bahan baku di departemen Supply Chain PT Sarihusada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan stok bahan baku merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas proses produksi dan adanya implementasi dual sourcing efektif terhadap peningkatan efisiensi penghematan di departemen Supply Chain.

This study aims to investigate the effect of materials purchasing with dual sourcing method that can affect the productivity of the production process and affect the efficiency increasement in cost saving of materials purchasing in the Supply Chain department of PT Sarihusada. The research was carried out by analyzing the graph of the achievement of operational efficiency in the production process in 2016 and 2017 as well as analyzing the cost savings in the purchase of raw material production after the implementation of dual sourcing in 2017. The interview was also conducted to the raw material purchasing team in the Supply Chain department of PT Sarihusada . The results shows that the availability of raw material stock is one of the factors that influence the productivity of the production process and the effective implementation of dual sourcing could increase the efficiency of cost saving in Supply Chain department.
