EVALUASI PENGARUH TRANSFER TEKNOLOGI BPTBA LIPI TERHADAP ABSORPTIVE CAPACITY DAN KINERJA MITRA BINAAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh transfer teknologi yang dilakukan oleh BPTBA LIPI terhadap absorptive capacity dan kinerja inovasi dan keuangan mitra binaan, menganalisis absorptive capacity sebagai variabel pemediasi dalam hubungan transfer teknologi BPTBA LIPI dan kinerja inovasi mitra binaan, dan menganalisis variabel kinerja inovasi sebagai variabel pemediasi dalam hubungan absorptive capacity dan kinerja keuangan mitra binaan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling, yaitu 120 unit mitra binaan non instansi BPTBA LIPI. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), untuk mengetahui kecocokan model dan signifikansi hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa transfer teknologi BPTBA LIPI mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap absorptive capacity, absorptive capacity mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi, kinerja inovasi mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, absorptive capacity tidak mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, absorptive capacity memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara transfer teknologi dan kinerja inovasi, dan kinerja inovasi memediasi sempurna hubungan antara absorptive capacity dan kinerja keuangan mitra binaan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the effect of the relationship between technology transfer carried out by BPTBA LIPI on absorptive capacity on the innovation and financial performance of fostered partners, analyze absorptive capacity as a mediating variable on the relationship of technology transfer BPTBA LIPI and the innovation performance of fostered partners, and analyze the variables of innovation performance as mediating variables on the relationship between absorptive capacity and financial performance of fostered partners. The sample used was stratified random sampling, which was 120 units of non-government assisted partners. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the fit model criteria and the significance of the relationships between variables. The results found that technology transfer has a positive and significant relationship with absorptive capacity, absorptive capacity has a positive and significant relationship with innovation performance, innovation performance has a positive and significant relationship with financial performance, absorptive capacity doesn't have a significant relationship with financial performance, absorptive capacity mediates partially the relationship between technology transfer and performance innovation, and innovation performance mediates perfectly the relationship between absorptive capacity and financial performance.
