DIGITALISASI PROBLEM REPORT DAN DAILY REPORT UNTUK MENURUNKAN DOWNTIME LOSS MAINTENANCE DI PT ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR ENGINE PLANT

PT Astra Daihatsu Motor memproduksi berbagai macam mobil compact bermerk Daihatsu di Indonesia. Setiap proses produksi, selalu ada masalah yang menyebabkan proses produksi tidak beroperasi dengan baik salah satunya adalah downtime loss. Downtime loss adalah jumlah waktu produksi yang hilang akibat adanya suatu equipment yang tidak dapat beroperasi yang disebabkan adanya kerusakan (failure) pada mesin atau peralatan. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari usaha untuk menurunkan downtime loss maintenance di PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Engine Plant agar proses produksi dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Proses pengujian menurunkan downtime loss maintenance adalah dengan membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk pengisian problem report dan daily report di divisi maintenance PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Engine Plant. Hasil perhitungan menujukkan bahwa downtime loss pengisian problem report sebelum menggunakan aplikasi adalah sebesar 80.6% dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi adalah sebesar 69.75%. Berdasarkan perhitungan downtime loss maintenance mengalami penurunan dengan keefektifan aplikasi pengisian problem report adalah sebesar 10.85%.

Astra Daihatsu Motor company produces various types of Daihatsu brand compact cars in Indonesia. Every production process, there are always problems that cause the production process to not operate properly, one of them is Downtime Loss. Downtime Loss (Available Rate) is the amount of production time lost due to an equipment that cannot operate caused a failure on a machine or equipment. This study is part of an effort to reduce downtime loss maintenance in Astra Daihatsu Motor Engine Plant company that production process can be operate properly. The testing process to reduce maintenance downtime loss is by making a web application to fill the problem report and daily report in the maintenance division of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Engine Plant. The calculation results show that the downtime loss fill the problem report before using the application is 80.6% and after using the application is 69.75%. Based on the calculation of maintenance downtime loss has decreased with the effectiveness of the application to fill the problem report is 10.85%.
