EVALUASI PENILAIAN KONDISI JALAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PSI DAN RCI SERTA PENANGANAN PEMELIHARAAN PADA RUAS JALAN TOL SEMARANG - BAWEN

Tingkat kerataan jalan (International Roughness Index, IRI) merupakan salah satu faktor dari fungsi pelayanan (functional performance) dari perkerasan jalan yang sangat berpengaruh pada kenyamanan pengemudi (riding quality). Kualitas jalan yang ada maupun yang akan dibangun harus sesuai dengan standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Data sekunder berupa tingkat kerataan jalan (International Roughness Index, IRI) yang diperoleh dari PT. Trans Marga Jateng pada perkerasan lentur di ruas Jalan Tol Semarang-Bawen digunakan untuk analisis kondisi fungsional jalan. Parameter kondisi funsional jalan yang dianalisis adalah Indeks Permukaan (Present Serviceability Index, PSI) untuk menggambarkan fungsi pelayanan jalan dan Indeks Kondisi Jalan (Road Condition Index, RCI) untuk menggambarkan kondisi jalan. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa nilai indeks kerataan jalan sebesar 3,74 menunjukan kondisi jalan tersebut termasuk kategori “Baik”, dengan rentang nilai 0–4. Berdasarkan analisis penilaian kondisi jalan diperoleh hasil rata-rata nilai PSI sebesar 4,82 yang menunjukkan fungsi pelayanan “Sangat Baik” dengan rentang nilai 4-5. Rata-rata nilai RCI diperoleh sebesar 7,81 yang artinya kondisi jalan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dari analisis penanganan pemeliharaan berdasarkan metode Bina Marga tahun 2017 diperoleh jenis penanganan pemeliharaan rutin dengan melakukan overlay non struktural dengan tebal 40 mm. The level of road roughness (International Roughness Index, IRI) is one of the functional factors of road pavement that is very influential on the driver's comfort (riding quality). The quality of existing roads as well as those to be built must be in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Secondary data in the form of level of road roughness (International Roughness Index, IRI) obtained from PT. Trans Marga Jateng on flexible pavement in the Semarang-Bawen Toll Road section is used for the analysis of road functional conditions. The parameters of road condition analyzed are Present Serviceability Index (PSI) to describe the function of road service and Road Condition Index (RCI) to describe road condition. The results of the analysis indicate that the International Roughness Index of 3.74 indicates that the road conditions are in the "Good" category, with a range of 0-4 values. Based on the assessment of road condition, the average value of PSI is 4.82 which shows the Present Serviceability Index of "Very Good" with the range of 4-5 values. The average value of RCI is 7.81, which means that road conditions are included in the "Very Good" category. From the analysis of maintenance based on Bina Marga method 2017, it is obtained that the type of routine maintenance is doing non structural overlay with 40 mm thick.
