PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN PENGECEKAN SERTIPIKAT HAK ATAS TANAH SECARA ONLINE DI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji mengenai perubahan sistem Pengecekan Sertipikat Hak atas tanah dari manual menjadi sistem online. Pelayanan pengecekan sertipikat online merupakan salah satu bentuk inovasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pada bidang pertanahan agar pelayanan BPN menjadi efektif, efisien, transparan, dan berbiaya tidak mahal. Dalam praktek pelayan pengecekan sertipikat masih terdapat berbagai masalah lalu bagaimana Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Pengecekan Sertipikat Hak Atas Tanah Secara Online di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sleman. Jenis penelitian yuridis empiris yang meneliti tentang pemberlakuan atau implementasi ketentuan hukum normatif dalam masyarakat. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian adalah responden dan narasumber yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) Responden Dan 1 (satu) Narasumber, sedangkan analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah penulis lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertama, Pelaksanaan sistem pelayanan sertipikat secara online di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sleman mengacu pada asas sederhana, sangat sederhana karena Pengecekan sertipikat secara sistem online sangat mudah karena PPAT hanya memasukkan data Sertipikat hak atas tanah secara online di webnya loketatr.bpn.go.id dan membawa Sertipikat tersebut ke kantor Pertanahan setempat untuk dicap dan ditandatangani Kepala Kantor Pertanahan, asas aman masih aman karena setelah data Sertipikat dimasukkan secara online juga wajib membawa Sertipikat asli ke Kantor Pertanahan guna dicekan secara manual, mutakhir karena sekarang Kantor Pertanahan selalu mengupdate data dan sedang berusaha agar semua sertipikat tercatat di Peta Nasional. Kedua, Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan Pengecekan Sertipikat secara online di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sleman Pengecekan Sertipikat Hak atas tanah secara sistem online lebih lama karena dilakukan dengan dua kali tahapan selain itu sistem dalam web loketatr.bpn.go.id sering terjadi error.

This study aims to examine the changes in the system of Checking the Land Title Certificate from manual to online system. Online certification check service is one form of innovation in improving services in the field of land for BPN services to be effective, efficient, transparent, and costly inexpensive. In the practice of checking the certificate of the certificate still there are various problems then how the Implementation Service Checking Certificate of Land Rights Online in Land Office of Sleman Regency A kind of legal information about penilitian empirical who examines about the implementation of or the implementation of their hearts soften to the normative in a civilized society .A subject of study been disclosed in the research is respondents and of resource persons who consisting of 5 ( five ) of respondents and 1 ( one ) the source of information , while of the data analysis in which work is in this research was of the qualitative analysis Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done writer can be concluded that first, Implementation of online certificate service system at the Land Office of Sleman Regency refers to the simple principle, very simple because Checking the certificate in the online system is very easy because PPAT only enter the data Certificate of land rights online at the web loketatr.bpn.go.id and bring the certificate to the local Land Office to be stamped and signed by the Head of Land Office, the safe principle is still safe because after the data of the certificate is entered online also must bring the original certificate to the Land Office to be manually dialed, because now the Land Office is always updating the data and is trying to get all the certificates listed on the National Map. Second, the problems that occur in the implementation of online certificate checks in the Land Office of Sleman Regency Checking License Rights over land online system is longer because it is done with two stages other than that the system in the web loketatr.bpn.go.id often error.
