Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja (X) sebagai variabel independen terhadap kepuasan kerja (Z) dan kinerja individu (Y) sebagai variabel dependen pada karyawan PT Bank SulutGo Cabang Utama Manado. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap Bank SulutGo Cabang Utama Manado. Kuisioner didistribusikan kepada 94 responden. Data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner dianalisis dengan uji Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah, stres kerja memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja individu dan kepuasan kerja memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja individu.

This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of job Stress (X) as independent variable and job satisfaction (Z) and individual performance (Y) as the dependent variable among employees of PT Bank SulutGo Main Branch Manado. The sample of this research is permanent employee of Bank SulutGo Main Branch Manado. Questionnaires were distributed to 94 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed that all hypotheses were supported. The conclusion is, job stress negatively affects job satisfaction, job stress negatively affects individual performance, and job satisfaction positively affects individual performance.
