PENGEMBANGAN E-LEARNING UNTUK PERSIAPAN UJI KOMPETENSI NERS INDONESIA DI STIKES AISYAH PRINGSEWU LAMPUNG

Latar Belakang: Era globalisasi pada saat ini berdampak pada institusi pendidikan keperawatan di Indonesia dalam menjalankan proses pendidikan keperawatan yang bervariasi. Sistem kendali mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan keperawatan saat ini telah berjalan dengan baik namun belum optimal. Hal ini ditandai dengan mutu lulusan pendidikan keperawatan yang sangat beragam. Salah satu upaya mewujudkan peningkatan dan pemerataan kualitas tenaga kesehatan adalah dengan meningkatkan kendali mutu lulusan melalui uji kompetensi. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) berbasis e-learning merupakan paradigma baru dalam pendidikan kesehatan. Perlunya persiapan menghadapi uji kompetensi ners menjadi peluang bagi perguruan tinggi untuk memanfaatkan TIK berbasis e-learning untuk persiapan uji kompetensi ners. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengembangan e-learning persiapan Uji Kompetensi Ners Indonesia (UKNI) di STIKes Aisyah Pringsewu Lampung. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian action research. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara, observasi dan focus group discussion dengan melibatkan 3 dosen dan 14 peserta UKNI. Hasil analisis kebutuhan digunakan sebagai acuan perancangan prototipe e-learning. Evaluasi prototipe e-learning dilakukan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil: Prototipe e-learning dikembangkan sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan meliputi: aksesibilitas e-learning, kualitas informasi, sumber daya manusia dan manejemen konten. Hasil evaluasi prototipe e-learning pada perceived usefulness, 51,8% responden sangat setuju dan 47% responden setuju, sedangkan pada perceived ease of use, 42,9% responden sangat setuju dan 56% responden setuju. Kesimpulan: Kebutuhan pengembangan e-learning untuk persiapan UKNI bersifat subtitusi, artinya pembelajaran dilakukan melalui internet sepenuhnya. Hasil evaluasi perceived usefulness responden merasa prototipe e-learning bermanfaat. Hasil evaluasi perceived ease of use responden merasakan kemudahan mengoperasikan prototipe e-learning. Background: The era of globalization bring nursing education institutions in Indonesia run nursing education process varies with the quality control system education that goes well, but not optimal, so that the quality of graduates is very diverse. One of the efforts to realize the improvement of the quality and equity of health workers is to improve the quality control of graduates through the competency test. Meanwhile, the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) based e-learning is a new paradigm in health education. The need for nurses prepares for a competency test into an opportunity for universities to take advantage of ICT-based e-learning for nurses competency test preparation. Objective: This study aims to explore the development of e-learning preparation Indonesian Nurses Exam (UKNI) in STIKes Aisyah Pringsewu Lampung. Methods: This study is an action research. Stages of research begin with needs analysis through interviews, observation and focus group discussion involving three lecturers and 14 participants UKNI. The results of the needs analysis are used as a reference in designing the prototype e-learning. E-learning prototype evaluation was performed using the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results: The prototype e-learning developed in accordance with the needs analysis include: the accessibility of e-learning, quality of information, human resources and management content. The results of the evaluation of the prototype e-learning on perceived usefulness, 51.8% of respondents strongly agree and 47% agree, while the perceived ease of use, 42.9% of respondents strongly agree and 56% of respondents agreed. Conclusion: The need for the development of e-learning for UKNI preparation is the substitution, meaning that learning is done through the internet entirely. The evaluation results usefulness respondents perceived the prototype e-learning was helpful. The results of the evaluation of perceived ease of use of respondents feel the ease operate a prototype e-learning.
