ANALISIS KAPASITAS PLANT READYMIX DALAM MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN MASSCONCRETE PROYEK GEDUNG DAN APARTEMEN TATA SOUTHGATE

Berkembang nya dunia konstruksi di Indonesia semakin besar. Banyaknya proyek konstruksi skala kecil maupun besar menjadikan adanya industri beton sangat dibutuhkan. Beton readymix merupakan industri yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyediaan beton siap pakai. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah beton yang dapat di produksi per-jam dan menghitung estimasi waktu yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengecoran massal massconcrete proyek gedung dan apartemen TATA Southgate Tanjung Barat di PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia plant Lenteng Agung. Massconcrete adalah segala volume beton dengan dimensi yang cukup besar sehingga perlu pengendalian thermal terhadap panas yang ditimbulkan oleh proses hydrasi semen (ACI 207.1R-05) . Produktivitas merupakan istilah dalam kegiatan produksi sebagai perbandingan antara luaran dengan masukan. Cycle time adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh mesin atau operator untuk menyelesaikan 1 siklus pekerjaan termasuk untuk kerja manual dan berjalan. Metode yang digunakan pada laporan ini adalah metode interview (wawancara langsung) , metode observasi (Pengamatan) , metode diskriptif dan metode analisis. Produktivitas dari mesin Batching Plant yang didapat sendiri yaitu 106.67m3/jam , cycle time Truck Mixer yang didapat dari plant terdekat yaitu 80 menit 1 siklus sedangkan batching plant 9 menit per 7 kubik , volume rencana dari gambar adalah 3150 m3 dan volume realisasi yang tertuang adalah 3174 m3.

Development of construction in Indonesia is getting bigger. There is so much small and large-scale construction projects makes the industry a much needed concrete industry. Readymix Concrete is an industry engaged in the supply of ready-mix concrete. The purpose of this paper is to know the amount of concrete that can be produced per-hour and calculate the estimated time required to meet the mass printing massconcrete needs of TATA Southgate Tanjung Barat building and apartment project at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia plant Lenteng Agung. Massconcrete is all the volume of concrete with a dimension large enough so that thermal control needs to heat caused by the hydration process of cement (ACI 207.1R-05) . Productivity is a term in production activity as a comparison between the output and the input. Cycle time is the time required by the machine or operator to complete 1 cycle of work including for manual work and running. The methods used in this report are interview method (direct interview), observation method (Observation), descriptive method and analysis method. The productivity of the Batching Plant machine is 106.67 m3 / hour, the cycle time Truck Mixer obtained from the nearest plant is 80 minute, 1 cycle time the batching plant is 9 minutes for 7 cubic, the plan volume of the figure is 3150 m3and the realized volume is 3174 m3 .
