Estimasi Biaya Detail Engineering Design Proyek Jetty Di Petrosea Support Facilities Balikpapan Menggunakan Metode Case Based Reasoning

Pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi diupayakan untuk dapat diselesaikan dengan biaya dan waktu yang efisien dan efektif. Cara yang dilakukan untuk mencapai usaha-usaha tersebut ialah dengan menghitung estimasi biaya berdasarkan proyek terdahulu yang mempunyai persamaan kasus pekerjaan atau menggunakan Metode Case Based Reasoning dan berdasarkan Detail Design Engineering. Metode Case Based Reasoning adalah metode yang digunakan pada perhitungan estimasi biaya berdasarkan kasus atau proyek terdahulu yang mempunyai kriteria-kriteria yang menyerupai atau hampir menyerupai. Metode Case Based Reasoning meninjau perhitungan berdasarkan empat data yaitu Nilai biaya, waktu, lokasi, dan dimensi proyek. Detail Design Engineering merupakan gambar kerja pada setiap tahap awal pengerjaan proyek, gambar tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai perhitungan volume kebutuhan pekerjaan agar didapatkan nilai harga yang lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Proyek Jetty Petrosea Support Facilities (PSF) dengan nilai estimasi biaya yang didapatkan berdasarkan Metode Case Based Reasoning adalah Rp. 12.000.000.000, sementara estimasi nilai biaya yang didaptkan berdasarkan Detail Design Engineering adalah Rp. 10.685.012.497. Waktu yang diibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek Jetty PSF selama 209 hari dengan peninjauan dari pakar judgement site engineer.

Implementation of a construction project is strived to be completed with efficiency and effectively of cost and time schedule. The way to achieve these efforts is to calculate the estimated cost of the previous project that has a working-case equation or using the Case Based Reasoning Method and based on Detail Design Engineering. Method Case Based Reasoning is a method used in the calculation of estimated cost based on previous cases or projects that had criteria that resembled or almost resembled. The Case Based Reasoning method reviews the calculations based on four data: Cost value, time, location, and project dimension. Detail Design Engineering is a working drawing at every early stage of project work, the picture can be used as a calculation of the volume of work needs to get a more accurate price value. The results of research conducted on Jetty Petrosea Support Facilities Project (PSF) with the estimated cost value obtained based on Method Case Based Reasoning is Rp. 12,000,000,000, while the estimated cost value obtained by Detail Design Engineering is Rp. 10.685.012.497. Time required to complete the Jetty PSF project for 209 days with a review of expert judgment site engineer.
