Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Marketplace KOMSI Berbasis Web

Marketplace merupakan wadah atau tempat yang melayani pembelian, penjualan, pemasaran barang dan jasa secara online. Ruang Technopreneurship milik prodi D3 Komputer dan Sistem Informasi merupakan ruang yang difungsikan sebagai sarana bagi mahasiswa dan alumni DIII KOMSI untuk berproyek dan merealisasikan ide serta gagasan menciptakan suatu produk. Produk-produk yang dihasilkan, terutama produk hasil penelitian tugas akhir banyak tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal bahkan tidak digunakan sama sekali setelah dikembangkan, padahal produk-produk tersebut memiliki nilai jual dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membantu kebutuhan internal dan eksternal D3 KOMSI itu sendiri. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan di atas, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi marketplace sistem informasi berbasis web dengan tujuan sebagai media untuk menjual produk karya mahasiswa dan alumni D3 Komputer dan Sistem Informasi baik itu produk software maupun hardware. Sistem ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter dan MySQL sebagai pengelola basis datanya. Sistem ini memiliki beberapa fitur yang disediakan untuk klien, anggota, maupun admin. Fitur klien antara lain pembelian produk dan keranjang produk. Untuk anggota terdapat fitur pengajuan produk. Sedangkan admin dapat melihat mengelola pembelian, mengelola pengajuan produk, dan membentuk tim yang terdiri anggota yang telah terdaftar untuk keperluan berproyek. Dari hasil pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, didapatkan disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Marketplace Berbasis Web berhasil dibangun dan dapat menjadi media untuk menjual produk karya mahasiswa dan alumni D3 Komputer dan Sistem Informasi.

Marketplace is a place that serve the purchase, sale and marketing of goods and services by online. Technopreneurship room of Diploma Computer and Information System is a space that functioned for students and alumni Diploma Computer and Information System to do project and realize ideas to create a product. The products of the research are not utilized maximally not even after the product are developed, whereas the products have value selling and can be utilized to help internal and external requirement of Diploma Computer and Information System. In accordance to the problem above, a web-based marketplace information system was developed to sell both software or hardware products of student and alumni D3 Computer and Information System. This marketplace is built with PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as database management system. The system has several features provided for clients, members, and admin. Client features include product purchases and product cart. For members there is a product submission feature while admin can view, managing purchases, managing product submissions, and forming teams of members who have registered for project purposes. From the results of system testing that has been done before, it was concluded that Web Based Marketplace Application successfully built and can be a medium to sell products of students and alumni of Diploma Computer and Information Systems.
