EVALUASI KESESUAIAN TARIF RUMAH SAKIT DENGAN KLAIM AKHIR INA-CBGS KASUS KANKER PAYUDARA DI RSUD PROF.DR.MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO

Latar Belakang Kanker payudara (KPD di Indonesia, KPD menempati urutan pertama dengan frekuensi relatif sebesar 18,6%. Kegiatan operasional perawatan di rumah sakit tidak lepas dari adanya biaya perawatan. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti pada bulan Agustus 2017, terdapat selisih negatif antara tarif rumah sakit dan klaim akhir BPJS pada kasus bedah onkologi penyakit kanker payudara. Tujuan mengetahui persentase kesesuaian antara tarif rumah sakit dengan tarif pada klaim akhir INA-CBGs pasien BPJS pada kasus kanker payudara di RSUD. Prof.Dr.Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Mengetahui hubungan antara Legth of Stay (LOS) atau lama hari rawat pasien BPJS dengan selisih tarif rumah sakit dan tarif INA-CBGs. Metode jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah potong lintang (cross sectional). Dengan populasi 166 kasus kanker payudarah. Total sampel 50 sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar studi dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah univariate dan bivariate. Hasil dari 50 sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti terdapat 25 klaim yang sesuai dengan nilai tarif rumah sakit dan terdapat 25 klaim yang tidak sesuai dengan tarif rumah sakit. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat 50% klaim yang sesuai itu berarti rumah sakit mendapatkan untung dari hasil klaim INA-CBGs dan terdapat 50% klaim yang tidak sesuai artinya rumah sakit mendapatkan kerugian dari nilai klaim tersebut Kesimpulan masih terdapat nilai klaim yang nilainya jauh lebih rendah dari tarif rumah sakit yang ditetapkan, sehingga membuat kerugian pada triwulan IV tahun 2017.

Method of research type that will be used in this research is quantitative method research with descriptive approach. The research design used in this study is cross sectional. Results the 50 samples taken by the researchers there are 25 claims in accordance with the value of hospital tariffs and there are 25 claims that are not in accordance with hospital rates. It can be interpreted that 50% of the corresponding claim means that the hospital profits from the results of INA-CBGs claims and there are 50% of claims that are not in accordance with the meaning of the hospital getting a loss from the value of the claim Conclusion there is still a value of claims whose value is much lower than the established hospital rates, thus making losses in the fourth quarter of 2017.
