Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan mengenai Penyusutan Arsip Keuangan di PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta. Tujuan dilakukan penyusutan yakni agar mengurangi jumlah arsip yang tidak berguna, memudahkan dalam proses temu kembali, serta dapat menata arsip menjadi lebih teratur. Proses penyusutan memiliki tiga tahapan pindah, musnah, serah. Kegiatan penyusutan arsip di bidang keuangan yakni hanya pemindahan arsip. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir dan pengumpulan data yakni observasi partisipasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Metode observasi partisipasi yakni pengamatan serta ikut berpartisipasi langsung untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan yang sebenarnya di PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta. Metode selanjutnya yaitu studi pustaka yang berguna untuk mengumpulkan sumber referensi dari buku maupun literatur terkait dengan tema penyusutan. Metode terakhir yakni wawancara dengan pegawai di PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta. Kesimpulan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini yakni penyusutan arsip di PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan aturan yang ada. Disisi lain, ditemukan kendala yakni kurang nya SDM untuk mengelola arsip.

This Final Report explains the Financial Records Disposal at PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta. The purpose of disposal is to reduce the number of files that are not useful, facilitate the process of retrieval, and can arrange the records becomes more organized. Disposal process has three stages; records transfered, records destruction, archives delivery. Records disposal activity in the financial field which is only records transfer. The method used in the writing of the final report and data collection that is participant observation, literature study, and interview. Observation method of participation that is observation and participate directly to find out how the actual situation in PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta. The next method is literature study that is useful for collecting reference sources from books and literature related to the theme of disposal. The last method is interview with employees at PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta. The conclusion of the writing of this final report is the Financial Records Disposal at PT. Taspen (Persero) Yogyakarta has been implemented well and in accordance with existing rules. On the other hand, it was found that the lack of its human resources to manage the archives.
