PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA BAGIAN PENGEMASAN CUP PADA CV CITA NASIONAL DENGAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX (OMAX)

CV Cita Nasional merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berbasis industri pertanian yang mengolah susu pasteurisasi dan produk yoghurt. Produk yang dihasilkan dari CV Cita Nasional yaitu susu pasteurisasi kemasan cup dan pack, sedangkan produk yoghurt kemasan cup dan botol. Produktivitas merupakan rasio antara nilai keluaran atau hasil dengan nilai sumber daya yang digunakan. Pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas perusahaan akan digunakan sebagai tolok ukur atau dasar perencanaan peningkatan produktivitas untuk periode yang akan datang. Pengukuran produktivitas tenaga kerja dilakukan pada bagian pengemasan susu pasteurisasi cup di CV Cita Nasional dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Faktor produktivitas yang digunakan dalam pengukuran adalah jumlah produk yang dihasilkan, jumlah jam kerja normal, jumlah jam lembur, dan jumlah tenaga kerja. Rasio yang digunakan pada pengukuran adalah rasio jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dengan jumlah jam kerja normal, rasio jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dengan jumlah tenaga kerja, rasio jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dengan jumlah jam lembur, dan rasio jumlah jam lembur dengan jumlah jam kerja normal. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, maka diperoleh tingkat produktivitas mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan di bulan Mei yaitu dengan perubahan indikator sebesar 63,69%, sedangkan penurunan terbesar terjadi pada bulan Juni yaitu sebesar 48,08%. Rasio yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan yaitu rasio jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dengan jumlah jam lembur dan rasio jumlah jam lembur terhadap jumlah jam kerja.

CV Cita Nasional is one of agro-industrial based factories that manufactures pasteurized milks and yogurts. They produces two kinds of packaging for milk, which is cup and pack, also cup and bottle packaging for the yogurt. Productivity is a ratio between the value of the output or the result and the value of the resources that is being used. Productivity measurement is needed to find out the productivity level of the factory that later will be used to be a benchmark of the productivity improvement planning in the next periods. Besides, labor productivity measurement of the factory was done in the pasteurized milks cup packaging section, using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. Productivity factors that helps the measurement are total of the products, total of the normal working hours, total of overtime working hours, and the total of the labor in the factory. The measurement uses the ratio between the total products and working hours, the ratio between the total products and the labor, the ratio between the total products and the overtime working hours and lastly, the ratio between the total of overtime working hours and the normal working hours. Based on the measurement result, it can be concluded that there was a significant improvement of the productivity level in May which is 63,69%. In the other hand, the biggest decrease happened in June, which is 48,08%. There should be an improvement for the ratio between the total products and overtime working hours and also the ratio between overtime working hours and the total of the working hours.
