Intreactive : Aplikasi Web Desain Resume

Dewasa ini resume memegang peran penting dalam berbagai keperluan, dalam industry kreatif resume digunakan screening dan dianggap sebagai citra diri calon pegawai. Untuk menarik perhatian dibutuhkan dokumen resume yang menarik secara visual dan informatif, namun dalam praktiknya permintaan akan resume yang terdesain baik dan informatif belum dapat dipenuhi masyarakat. Untuk membuat dokumen resume setidaknya dibutuhkan jasa desain profesional yang cukup mahal. Di sisi lain telah tersedia aplikasi desain resume berbasis web yang relative lebih murah, namun masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu dengan meminta pengguna mengisikan data diri terlebih dahulu, kemudian diubah menjadi desain resume, meskipun cukup membantu, fleksibilitas dari pengguna untuk membuat desain resumenya masih belum terpenuhi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut , dibuat aplikasi desain resume berbasis web yang menyediakan fitur-fitur untuk menyerupai aplikasi desain profesional yang interaktif untuk memudahkan masyarakat membuat desain resumenya sendiri. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dibantu dengan framework React JS di bagian front-end dan Express JS di bagian back-end. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intreactive: Aplikasi Web Desain Resume ini mampu mengelola resume member dengan baik, dilengkapi dengan fitur pengelolaan data akun, pengelolaan seluruh desain resume, serta keleluasaan lebih dalam mendesain resume. Penilaian oleh responden dengan latar belakang yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini layak untuk digunakan.

Nowadays, resume holding the crucial role for every need, in creative industries, resume is used to screen and as self-representation of applicants. In order to attract companies, it is needed a well-designed and informative resume. In the other side, the demand of well-designed and informative resume has not fully accomplished by the citizen. A well-designed and informative resume at least could be made by using professionals which can spend money more than people have. There are so many applications which give resume design as their main service, but somehow most of them are still using a traditional approach to make a resume design. The user should fill forms and then they can generate their resume design, though it's much helping in the term of resumes' flexibility, it hasn't fully serve user needs to make their own design. Based on the problem above, this research was built in order to make a web-based resume design application which provides features to act like professional design applications to ease people make their own resume design. This application is built by using Javascript as its programming language supported by React JS as its front-end framework and Express JS as its back-end framework. The result of this research shows that Intreactive:Web-based Resume Design Application is able to manage users' resumes very well, equipped with the account management feature, whole design resumes management feature and more flexibility to create a resume design. This assessment was given by respondents from several backgrounds concluded that application is feasible.
