PENGEMBANGAN DAN EVALUASI ANTARMUKA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT HEWAN PROF. SOEPARWI SUBSISTEM ADMINISTRASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE GOAL-DIRECTED DESIGN

Rumah Sakit Hewan (RSH) Prof. Soeparwi adalah salah satu rumah sakit hewan yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Pelayanan kesehatan hewan RSH Prof. Soeparwi memiliki alur administratif yang diawali dengan pendaftaran pasien oleh pemilik hewan, dan diakhiri dengan pelunasan tagihan pasien. Pada operasionalnya saat ini, alur administratif tersebut masih berjalan secara manual menggunakan pencatatan kertas. Hal ini membuat pekerjaan pegawai RSH Prof. Soeparwi tidak efisien dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini mengembangkan antarmuka sistem informasi subsistem administrasi RSH Prof. Soeparwi, untuk mendukung pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) RSH Prof. Soeparwi subsistem Administrasi. Pengembangan antarmuka sistem informasi ini menekankan aspek user experience melalui implementasi metode Goal-Directed Design yang merupakan metode pengembangan desain yang mengacu pada tujuan dari penggunaan sistem. Evaluasi kepuasan pengguna terhadap antarmuka dilakukan dengan metode Questionnaire of User Interface Satisfation (QUIS) yang diajukan kepada calon pengguna sistem yaitu pegawai administrasi RSH Prof. Soeparwi, serta presentasi hasil akhir rancangan kepada pihak manajemen RSH Prof. Soeparwi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan antarmuka subsistem administrasi SIM RSH Prof. Soeparwi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, proses bisnis dan kebutuhan integrasi antar subsistem SIM RSH Prof. Soeparwi. Hasil evaluasi antarmuka menghasilkan skor kepuasan pengguna sebesar 8.1125 dari tingkat penerimaan 5, alur pelayanan menjadi lebih efisien serta mendapat respon positif untuk pengembangan lanjutan dari pihak RSH Prof. Soeparwi. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa antarmuka berhasil mencapai tujuan perancangan melalui metode Goal-Directed Design.

RSH Prof. Soeparwi (Professor Soeparwi Veterinary Hospital) is one of the veterinary hospital located in Yogyakarta. In its service, RSH Prof. Soeparwi has a administrative flow that begins with the registration of the patient by the owner of the animal, and ends with the payment of the patient's bill. At its current operations, the administrative flow is still running manually using paper recording. This makes the work of RSH employee Prof. Soeparwi is not efficient in its implementation. The existence of hospital management information system can be a solution of the problem. This research will develop the administration subsystem of RSH Prof Soeparwi, to support the development of RSH Prof. Soeparwi Management Information System. The development of this information system interface emphasizes the user experience aspect using the Goal-Directed Design method which is a design development method that refers to the purpose of using the system. Evaluation of the system done by Questionnaire of User Interface Satisfaction that submitted to the user system that is administration employee of RSH Prof. Soeparwi, and final presentation presented to RSH Prof. Soeparwi management. This research produces interface of administrative subsystem of SIM RSH Prof. Soeparwi that can meet the needs of users, business processes and integration needs between SIM RSH Prof. Soeparwi subsystems. The results of the interface evaluation resulted in a user satisfaction score of 8.1125 from the acceptance level 5, the service flow became more efficient and received a positive response for the further development from RSH Prof. Soeparwi. Thus, it can be concluded that the interface successfully achieved the design goals through the method of Goal-Directed Design.
