PEMENUHAN ELEMEN PENILAIAN MIRM 11 PADA STANDAR NASIONAL AKREDITASI RUMAH SAKIT DI RSU PKU MUHAMMADIYAH NANGGULAN

Latar Belakang : RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Nanggulan merupakah rumah sakit yang belum pernah dilakukan akreditasi dan sedang mempersiapkan akreditasi. Dalam akreditasi SNARS terdapat standar MIRM 11 yang berkaitan dengan keamanan rekam medis. Tujuan : Menjelaskan pemenuhan elemen penilaian standar MIRM 11 dalam persiapan akreditasi SNARS di instansi rekam medis RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Nanggulan. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua petugas rekam medis dan satu kepala rekam medis. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu SPO, pedoman dan Kebijakan dalam pemenuhan elemen penilaian MIRM 11.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil : Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 1 MIRM 11 terpenuhi sebagian. Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 2 MIRM 11 terpenuhi sebagian. Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 3 MIRM 11 terpenuhi sebagian. Pemenuhan elemen penilaian 4 MIRM 11 tidak terpenuhi. Kesimpulan : Pemenuhan elemen penilaian standar MIRM 11 dalam persiapan akreditasi SNARS di instansi rekam medis RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Nanggulan belum tepenuhi seluruhnya. Background: RSU PKU MuhammadiyahNanggulan is a hospital that has never been done accreditation before and still preparing for the accreditation. In the SNARS accreditation there are MIRM 11 standards relating to the safety of medical records. Purpose : Explain the fulfillment of MIRM 11 standard evaluation element in the preparation of SNARS accreditation in medical record instansi PKU MuhammadiyahNanggulan Hospital. Methods: The type of research is qualitative descriptive research and phenomenology research design. Subjects in this study were two medical record officers and a head of medical record. Objects in this study are SPO, guidelines and policy in the fulfillment of elements of MIRM assessment 11.The technique of collecting data are interviews, observation, and study of documentation. Test data validity using source triangulation. Result:The fulfillment of the assessment element 1 of MIRM 11 is partially fulfilled. The fulfillment of the assessment elements 2 of MIRM 11 is partially fulfilled. The fulfillment of the 3 MIRM 11 assessment elements is partially fulfilled. The fulfillment of 4 MIRM 11 assessment elements is not completed. Conclusion: The fulfillment of MIRM 11 standard evaluation element in the preparation of SNARS accreditation in the medical record instansi of PKU MuhammadiyahNanggulanHospital has not been fully-fulfilled (not completed).
