WACANA KOLONIALISME DALAM NOVEL MEURSAULT CONTRE-ENQUETE DAN NOVEL L'ETRANGER: ANALISIS INTERTEKSTUALITAS

Skripsi ini membahas wacana kolonialisme dan intertekstualitas yang terdapat dalam aspek-aspek struktural dalam novel Meursault, contre-enquete dan novel L'etranger sebagai hipogramnya. Untuk menganalisis aspek-aspek struktural kedua novel digunakan teori strukturalisme, kemudian setelah didapat data analisis struktural berikutnya akan digunakan kaidah-kaidah analisis intertekstual untuk menganalisis keterkaitan dan bentuk transformasi hipogram pada kedua novel. Untuk menganalisis wacana kolonialisme yang terdapat dalam kedua novel digunakan kaidah-kaidah teori poskolonialisme. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dengan menggunakan kaidah-kaidah teori poskolonialisme ditemukan konversi hipogram wacana kolonialisme yaitu stereotip negatif pribumi pada hipogram ditransformasikan menjadi stereotip negatif penjajah. Pada aspek-aspek struktural novel ditemukan transformasi tokoh-tokoh yakni ekpansi Meursault, modifikasi orang Arab menjadi Moussa, konversi Meursault menjadi Haroun, orang Arab menjadi Larquais, ekspansi wacana keterasingan manusia, ekspansi latar Aljazair, ekspansi konflik dalam alur, dan konversi tokoh pemimpin agama Kristen menjadi Islam sebagai simbolisme agama.

This research analyzes the colonialism discourse and intertextuality in the structural aspects of Meursault, contre-enquete and L'etranger as its hypogram. Structuralism theory is used to analyze the structural aspects of the novels. The results of structural analysis will be used to analyze the intertextuality using Intertextuality theory to reveal the connection and the form of the hypogram and the form of the hypogram's transformation in the novels. Postcolonialism theory is used to analyze the colonialism discourse in the novels. From the results of research using postcolonialism theory it is concluded that there is a conversion of the colonialism discourse about the negative stereotypes of Algerian native transformed into negative stereotypes of French colonial. Some transormations found in the structural aspects of the novel are Meursault expansion, the Arabs modified to Moussa, the conversion of Meursault to Haroun, Conversion of the Arabs to Larquais, the expansion of the discourse of human alienation, the expansion of the Algerian setting, the expansion of the conflict in the plot, and the conversion of Christian religious leaders became Islam religious leader and Koran as a symbol of religion.
