ANALISIS EKSPOR CRUDE PALM OIL (CPO) INDONESIA KE INDIA DAN TIONGKOK

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penawaran ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India dan Tiongkok. Data yang digunakan yaitu data tahunan yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Error Correction Model (ECM) karena dapat menggabungkan efek jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan software EViews 9.0. Faktor-faktor yang diujikan dalam penelitian ini antara lain waktu, harga CPO internasional, harga minyak kedelai, bea ekspor CPO Malaysia dan bea ekspor CPO Indonesia. Hasil penelitian pada model ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India dalam jangka panjang adalah volume ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh variabel waktu sebesar 0,000791 dan bea ekspor CPO Indonesia sebesar 0,076376. Artinya dalam jangka panjang, setiap penambahan waktu 1 tahun akan menyebabkan meningkatnya ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India sebesar 0,000791 persen. Selanjutnya, apabila terjadi kenaikan bea ekspor CPO Indonesia sebesar 1 persen maka akan menurunkan ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India sebesar 0,076 persen. Volume ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India pada jangka pendek dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh harga CPO Internasional sebesar -0,006471 dan bea ekspor CPO Indonesia sebesar -0,087037. Artinya, setiap kenaikan harga CPO internasional sebesar 1 persen akan menyebabkan menurunnya ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India sebesar 0,0064 persen dalam jangka pendek. Selanjutnya, setiap kenaikan bea ekspor CPO Indonesia sebesar 1 persen maka akan menurunkan ekspor CPO Indonesia ke India sebesar 0,087 persen dalam jangka pendek. Hasil penelitian pada model ekspor CPO Indonesia ke Tiongkok adalah volume ekspor CPO Indonesia ke Tiongkok pada jangka panjang maupun pendek dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh bea ekspor CPO Indonesia senilai -0,060982 dan 0,056108. Artinya setiap kenaikan bea ekspor CPO Indonesia sebesar 1 persen maka akan menurunkan ekspor CPO Indonesia ke Tiongkok sebesar 0,060 persen dalam jangka panjang serta akan menurunkan ekspor CPO Indonesia ke Tiongkok sebesar 0,056 persen dalam jangka pendek.

Abstract This study aims to determine and analysis the factors that affect demand of Indonesia's CPO exports to India and Tiongkok. The data used are annual data analysis by using Error Correction Model (ECM) method because it can combine short-term and long-term effects. The analysis was done using E-Views 9.0 software. Factors tested in this study include time, international CPO prices, soybean oil prices, Malaysian CPO export duty and Indonesian CPO export duty. The result of the research on the model of Indonesia apostrof s CPO export to India in the long run is the volume of Indonesia apostrof s CPO exports to India significantly affected by the time variable of 0.000791 and the Indonesia apostrof s CPO export duty of -0.076376. This means that in the long run, every additional 1 year will lead to increased Indonesia apostrof s CPO exports to India amounted to 0.000791 percent. Furthermore, if there is an increase of CPO export duties of Indonesia by 1 percent it will reduce the Indonesia apostrof s CPO to India by 0.076 percent. The export volume of Indonesian CPO to India in the short term is significantly influenced by the international price of CPO of -0,006471 and the Indonesian CPO export duty worth -0.087037. That is, any increase in international CPO price by 1 percent will cause the decline of Indonesia apostrof s CPO exports to India by 0,0064 percent in the short term. Furthermore, any increase in CPO export duties of Indonesia by 1 percent will decrease the Indonesia apostrof s CPO to India by 0.087 percent in the short term. The results of the research on the model of Indonesia apostrof s CPO export to Tiongkok is the export volume of Indonesia apostrof s CPO to China in the long and short term significantly influenced by the export duty of CPO Indonesia worth -0.060982 and -0.056108. This means that every 1% increase in Indonesia apostrof s CPO export duty will decrease Indonesia's CPO to Tiongkok by 0.060 percent in the long term and will decrease Indonesia apostrof s CPO to Tiongkok by 0.056 percent in the short term.
