Penelitian ini berjudul "Nilai Cagar Budaya Lawang Sewu Di Kota Semarang" dengan menggunakan Travel Cost Method, dan Cost Approach. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi Lawang Sewu berdasarkan travel cost method, cost approach. Dalam penelitian ini travel cost method dianlisis dengan regresi count-data sedangkan penilaian Lawang Sewu dengan estimasi Nilai Khusus melalui pendekatan cost approach. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 sampel. Nilai ekonomi Lawang Sewu berdasarkan travel cost method adalah Rp8.540.188.532.725 dengan surplus konsumen per individu per tahun adalah Rp12.395.210,6 Nilai ekonomi Lawang Sewu berdasar estimasi Nilai Khusus melalui pendekatan cost approach adalah sebesar Rp7.738.950.802.725.

This Study entitled "Cultural Heritage Value of Lawang Sewu At Semarang City" using Travel Cost Method and Cost Approach. The purpose of this study was to estimate the economic value of Lawang Sewu assesed with the travel cost method and cost approach. In this research, travel cost method were applied with count data regression while assesment Lawang Sewu using Special Value with the cost approach applying . Sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The economic value of Lawang Sewu based on travel cost method is Rp 8.540.188.532.725 with consumer surplus Rp 12.395.210,6 per individual per year. The economic value of Lawang Sewu based on Special Value with cost approach is Rp7.738.950.802.725.
