Evaluasi Adopsi Layanan Public Cloud dengan Technology Acceptance Model

Tujuan penulisan adalah mencari faktor-faktor dan variabel-variable yang berpengaruh terhadap adopsi layanan public cloud dengan menggunakan Technology Accetance Model (TAM) . Faktor-faktor dan variabel-variabel tersebut kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membuat model baru yang menggambarkan adopsi layanan public cloud dan melakukan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 120 perusahaan yang telah menggunakan layanan public cloud yang keseluruhannya merupakan karyawan di bawah divisi TI. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis faktor dan metode regresi. model baru yang terbentuk adalah faktor Barrier of Adoption, Psychology Mindset, Intended Usage, Cloud Opportunity and Adoption Suitability. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi, maka faktor Intended Usage, Cloud Opportunity dan Adoption Suitability berpengaruh positif terhadap adopsi layanan public cloud.

The purpose of this Thesis is to find out the factors and variables towards the adoption of public cloud service, using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). These Factors and variables will than be used as a foundation to create a new model that describes and evaluate the adoption of public cloud service. The collection of data from staff under the IT division across 120 companies through questioner, who have adopted Public. The new model highlights the Barrier of Adoption, Psychology Mindset, Intended Usage, Cloud Opportunity and Adoption Suitability factors. Evaluation results shows that Intended Usage, Cloud Opportunity and Adoption Suitability factors have positive effect towards implementation of public cloud service. On the other hand, Barrier of Adoption and Psychology Mindset factor has negative effect towards adoption of public cloud service.
