Autoloader adalah komponen yang digunakan untuk membantu man power untuk memindahkan material dari satu mesin ke mesin yang lain di proses berikutnya. Autoloader sangat membantu untuk mengurangi handling time man power sehingga man power dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan yang lain, sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih efektif. Autoloader yang digunakan menggunakan penggerak berupa acting cylinder yang dikendalikan oleh PLC dengan sistem kerja electric pneumatic. Simulasi Autoloader diawali dengan membuat konsep pergerakan dan membuat desain mekanik. Komponen mekanik dikerjakan dan dipesan dari perusahaan lain. Kemudian membuat rangkaian elektrik dan program PLC. Terakhir proses assembly dilakukan ketika line stop. Pneumatic adalah sebuah sistem penggerak yang menggunakan tekanan udara sebagai tenaga penggeraknya. Dengan kebutuhan penjaminan pemasangan yang tinggi maka digunakan konsep pneumatic system untuk improvemenet sistem yang ada. Setelah dibuatkan autoloader dapat mengurangi handling time man power dan mengurangi cycle time sehingga dapat menigkatkan produktifitas.

Autoloader is a component used to help man power to move material from one machine to another in the next process. Autoloader is very helpful to reduce the handling time man power so man power can do other work, so the work becomes more effective. The autoloader used acting cylinder as driver which controlled by PLC with an electric pneumatic working system. Autoloader simulation begins from making the concept of movement and create the mechanical design. Mechanical components are worked on and ordered from other companies. Then make the electrical circuit and PLC program. Last assembly process is done when line stop. Pneumatic is a driving system that uses air pressure as its driving force. With the requirement of high insurance guarantee then used the concept of pneumatic system to improvemenet existing system. Once created the autoloader can reduce the handling time of man power and reduce cycle time so it can boost productivity.
