Analisis Manajemen Proyek Studi di PT Bumi Pasir Sejahtera Banjarnegara

PT Bumi Pasir Sejahtera adalah perusahaan yang berdiri pada tahun 2011 dan bergerak dibidang eksplorasi produksi pasir batu (sirtu) yang terdapat di kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah. Perusahaan ini pada tahun 2018 akan melakukan perpindahan posisi eksplorasi terhadap titik baru (tidak jauh dari titik produksi yang sedang berjalan) sehingga memerlukan kajian kelayakan bisnis yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen proyek dari PT BUPAS baik yang sedang berjalan atau kajian kelayakan bisnis titik baru eksplorasi. Peneliti melakukan analisis manajemen proyek sesuai dengan ketentuan tahapan proyek menurut Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) yaitu rumusan masalah, perencanaan, eksekusi, pengawasan dan penyelesaian. Setiap tahapan memiliki analisis tersendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan saat perumusan masalah proyek titik baru rencana investasi tidak detil dan mengakibatkan anggaran tidak sesuai dengan biaya aktual. Pada proses perencanaan proyek titik baru menggunakan kajian kelayakan bisnis, proyek tersebut layak untuk dijalankan. Pada proses eksekusi titik baru perusahaan tidak rinci memisahkan biaya proyek yang berjalan dengan proyek titik baru. Proses pengawasan proyek yang berjalan dengan analisis manajemen risiko terdapat beberapa risiko yang dipetakan dimana risiko operasional adalah yang paling memiliki dampak. Pada proses pengerjaan proyek berjalan perusahaan juga belum memaksimalkan ekplorasi produksi baik dalam tenaga kerja dan kapasitas produksi. Pada proses penutupan proyek yang berjalan menuju proyek titik baru perusahaan untuk memperhatikan efisiensi biaya, mengoptimalkan tenaga kerja dan kapasitas produksi agar target produksi tercapai.

PT Bumi Pasir Sejahtera, is a company established in 2011 and in exploration stone sand production business unit located in Banjarnegara, Central Java. The company in 2018 will shifts its exploration position to new points (not far from the current production point) so it requires a proper business feasibility study. The research is purposed to analyze project management from PT BUPAS either ongoing or a feasibility study of a new point of exploration. The researcher to analyze project management suitable stages of the project according to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) that is initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing. Each stage of the project has its own analysis. The results of this research indicate when the formulation of project problems the new point of exploration investment plan is not detailed and resulted in the budget does not match the actual cost. On the planning stages of a new point applied feasibility study, the project is feasible to run. The execution stages of a new point not detailed separating the cost of current project with the new point project. The monitoring stages of the current project applied risk management there are several risk of map where operational risk is the most impacted. In the current project, the company has not maximized production exploration in labor and production capacity. On the closing stages of current to the new points, companies attention to cost efficiency, optimize labor and production capacity to achieve production target.
