Analisis Penerapan E-Learning Sebagai Strategi Pembelajaran di BRI Corporate University Regional Campus Yogyakarta

E-learning memiliki peranan strategis dalam mendukung Visi dan Misi BRI Corporate University. Penelitian ini mengukur pelaksanaan e-learning dalam mendukung Visi dan Misi BRI Corporate University dengan menggunakan metode IT Balanced ScoreCard dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif Corporate Contribution, Customer Orientation, Operational Excellence dan Future Orientation. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer berdasarkan wawancara dengan tujuh informan di BRI Corporate University Regional Campus Yogyakarta dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen di BRI Corporate University Regional Campus Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari perspektif Corporate Contribution, e-learning meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam strategi pembelajaran dan output yang dihasilkan membantu pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan. Perspektif Customer Orientation, peserta pendidikan merasa puas dengan penggunaan e-learning dan membantu memahami materi pendidikan. Perspektif Operation Excellence, e-learning mudah untuk digunakan, serta dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. Perspektif Future Orientation, e-learning selalu terus dikembangkan dan materinya selalu di up date sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada. Rendahnya penggunaan aplikasi e-learning oleh pekerja Bank BRI, mengharuskan manajemen BRI Corporate University membuat aplikasi yang lebih menarik, seperti dibuatkan aplikasi yang dapat di unduh melalui Playstore atau Googleplay sehingga akan lebih mudah untuk dibuka melalui smartphone. Selain itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui penyebab dari rendahnya tingkat penggunaan e-learning oleh pekerja Bank BRI.
Since December 2015, BRI Corporate University Regional Campus of Yogyakarta has been implementing e-learning as a learning strategy. E-learning plays a strategic role in supporting the Vision and Missions of BRI Corporate University. This study measured the implementation of e-learning in supporting the Vision and Missions of BRI Corporate University by using the IT Balanced ScoreCard method through four perspectives, namely Corporate Contribution, Customer Orientation, Operational Excellence and Future Orientation. It used qualitative research method by using primary data which were collected by conducting interviews with seven informants from BRI Corporate University Regional Campus of Yogyakarta and secondary data which were collected from documents available in BRI Corporate University Regional Campus of Yogyakarta. The results showed that from the perspective of Corporate Contribution, e-learning was able to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the learning strategy and the output resulted from e-learning was able to help the leaders in making any decision. From the perspective of Customer Orientation, the participants were satisfied with the use of e-learning as it helped them in having comprehension on the materials. From the perspective of Operation Excellence, e-learning was easy to use as well as accessible at anywhere and anytime. From the perspective of Future Orientation, e-learning was continuously developed and had update materials suited to the needs. The low level of the use of e-learning application by the employees of Bank BRI requires the management of BRI Corporate University to create a more interesting application, such as the application which is available in either Playstore or Googleplay, so that it is easier to access from smartphones. In addition, it is necessary to conduct further research in order to find out the cause of the low level of the use of e-learning application by the employees of Bank BRI.
