ANALISIS PENGARUH UPAH MINIMUM, PDRB SEKTOR INDUSTRI TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA INDUSTRI BESAR SEDANG PROVINSI BANTEN TAHUN 2011-2015

Salah satu sektor ekonomi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah sektor industri. Sektor industri menjadi andalan di sektor peningkatan PDRB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh upah minimum, PDRB sektor industri, terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri besar dan menengah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Banten pada tahun 20112015. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah data panel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berbentuk Time Series of 2011-2015 dan cross section. Data yang dipaparkan setiap tahun diperoleh dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) dan Kementerian Tenaga Kerja Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis perkembangan industri besar sedang berdasarkan jumlah Tenaga Kerja, PDRB, dan UMR Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten tahun 2011-2015 dan menguji pengaruh UMR, PDRB (Variabel independent) terhadap Penyerapan tenaga kerja (Variabel dependent) Kabupaten/Kota Banten tahun 2011-2015. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Upah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sedangkan PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Secara simultan upah minimum dan PDRB berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of minimum wage, PDRB industrial sector, to the absorption of labor in big and middle industry of regency / city in Banten province in 2011-2015. Analyzer used is panel data. The research method used in this research is in the form of Time Series of 2011-2015 and cross section. The data presented annually is obtained from BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) and Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of large industry is based on the number of Labor, PDRB, and UMR Regency / City in Banten Province in 2011 - 2015 and test the influence of UMR, PDRB (Independent variable) to Employment Absorption (Variable dependent) year 2011-2015. The result of this research is wages have negative and significant effect on employment absorption while PDRB have positive and significant effect to the absorption of labor. Simultaneously minimum wage and GRDP affect the absorption of labor.
