UNSUR-UNSUR INTRINSIK CERPEN IZ'AJ DALAM ANTOLOGI CEPEN ASSYAAUHUM ASSAGIRAH KARYA ABDULLAH BIN SHALIH AL-ARIINI : ANALISIS STRUKTURAL ROBERT STANTON

Penelitian ini membahas unsur-unsur instrinsik cerpen IZ'AJ dalam antologi cerpen Asyyaa`uhum Assagirah karya Abdullah bin salih al arini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teori struktural Robert Stanton. Unsur-unsur intrinsik yang dibahas mencakup fakta cerita yang terdiri atas karakter, alur, dan latar, kemudian tema, serta sarana cerita yang terdiri atas judul, dan sudut pandang. Unsur-unsur intrinsik tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis keterkaitannya satu dengan yang lain. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tokoh utama dalam cerpen ini adalah Abu Bandar, seorang ayah yang miskin mempunyai sembilan anak. Tokoh tambahannya adalah sepupu Abu Bandar, yaitu Abu Abdul Latif seorang yang kaya tanpa anak dan istri Abu Bandar, yaitu Ummu Bandar. Cerpen ini memiliki alur lurus. Latar tempat dan waktu termasuk latar tidak tipikal, sementara latar sosial termasuk tipikal. Latar tempatnya yaitu masjid dan rumah Abu Bandar dan Abu Abdul Latif. Latar waktu yaitu pada sore hari pukul 04.00-04.30. Latar sosial berupa gambaran kehidupan dua keluarga yang berbeda, antara kaya dan miskin dan antara mempunyai anak dan tidak. Tema pada cerpen ini adalah bahwa bahagia atau derita bergantung pada cara pandangnya. Cerpen ini diceritakan dengan sudut pandang orang ketiga dia mahatahu. Masing-masing unsur intrinsik cerpen ini memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain sehingga membentuk makna yang utuh

This study examines the intrinsic elements of a short story under the title IZ'AJ in anthology Asyyaa`uhum Assagirah by Abdullah bin Abdullah bin salih al arini . This study used Robert Stanton structural theory. The intrinsic elements that were examined are some facts about the story that include the characters, the plot, the setting, the theme, and the tools of the story that include the title. And then they were analized and interelated each others. The study concludes that the main character is Abu Bandar, a father who is poor and has nine children. The additional character is his cousin, Abu Abdul Latif who is rich without a child, and his wife, Ummu Bandar. The plot of the story is straight. The setting of time and place are netral, and setting of social is tipical. The setting of place takes place in the mosque, Abu Bandar and Abu Abdul Latif's house. The setting of time is in the afternoon at 04.00-04.30. The setting of social conducts a reality of life within two families between rich without a child and poor with many children. The theme of the story is that happiness or sadness depends on the way to look. The point of view is that the writer is as the third person he who is the omniscient. Each intrinsic elements are strongly interrelated each others and they make the meaning more intact
