HAMBATAN PERSIAPAN AKREDITASI DAN ALTERNATIF SOLUSI STUDI KASUS DI PUSKESMAS GEBANG KABUPATEN PURWOREJO

Untuk memberikan layanan primer yang berkualitas maka pembangunan puskesmas juga harus di revitalisasi. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi kesiapan puskesmas dalam menghadapi akreditasi di Puskesmas Gebang Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan Kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Puskesmas Gebang Purworejo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (7 informan) yaitu Ketua Tim akreditasi puskesmas, Ketua tim pokja, Ketua tim mutu puskesmas, Tim pendamping kabupaten dan staf lain yang terlibat langsung dalam proses akreditasi puskesmas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan open coding.
Background: Accreditation of Public Health center (PHC) is important to be implemented as an effort to standardize service in PHC. Accreditation also becomes as a strategy to improve of health service quality in PHC. PHC also should be revitalized to provide quality primary services. Aim: Identify banners and potensial solutions in preparing accreditation in PHC of Gebang, Purworejo. Method: A qualitative study was conducted in PHC of Gebang in Purworejo. Data were collected by in-depth interviews to 7 informants, consisted of Head of Accreditation Team, Head of Working Group, Head of Quality Team in PHC, District Supervisory Team and other staff directly involved in the accreditation process . Data analysis used open coding. Result: Funding for preparing accreditation was from the local gone budget. Staf copetence was not appropriate according to accrediatation tasks, physical facilities in PHC did not meet standard of accreditation lack of staff commitment and responsibility on documentation of accreditation process. Conclusion: Accreditation preparation in Gebang PHC of was not optimum, due to obtacles in providing services, human resources, facility and documentation
