PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS KOMA LEVERAGE KOMA TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN DAN KESEMPATAN BERTUMBUH TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN KURUNG BUKA STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA KURUNG TUTUP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok 100 perusahaan yang memiliki market kapitalisasi terbesar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia katagori IICD periode 2014-2015, terdapat 60 perusahaan non finansial dan yang lolos uji outlier sebanyak 41 perusahaan. Metode pemilihan sampel ini dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas(ROA) dan kesempatan bertumbuh(MTBE) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan(FV) sedangkan leverage(LVG) dan tata kelola perusahaan(CG) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan(FV).

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of factors that affect on firm value. The sample in this research are 100 companies that have the largest market capitalization listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange category IICD period 2014-2015, there are 60 nonfinancial companies and who passed the test outlier as many as 41 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling method based on criteria. This study used multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is profitability (ROA) and growth opportunity (MTBE) have positive significant influence to firm value (FV) while leverage (LVG) and corporate governance (CG) have negative significant influence to firm value (FV).
